The work will be executed using high-quality materials to ensure durability and a premium finish. Plywood used will be of BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade for
kitchen and MR grade for wardrobes from reputed brands such as Greenply or Century. Surface finishes will include laminates from leading brands like Merino,
Greenlam, Miot, or their equivalents, offering both aesthetic appeal and longevity. All hardware fittings will be sourced from reliable brands such as Ebco, Hettich,
5 or equivalent, ensuring smooth functionality and resilience. For paintwork, Asian Paints premium emulsion will be used, providing a superior and elegant finish
to all painted surfaces.

Matters related to payment terms, phases, compliances, warranty/guarentees and the nature of engagement between the client and the company will be detailed

in the service agreement.
Inititiation of further work/service in terms of drawings, selections, site analysis will be subject to release of work order and initial advance by the client,
7 procurement and installation of material will start after approval of drawings and finalization of service agreement

Scope might vary based on discussions with client, mutual agreement and the change order form will be initiated upon agreement

Any item omitted from the above costing which is necessary for the execution will be intimated to client and updated; only items clearly listed down will be
