1 INT THEA’S HOUSE, THEA’S BEDROOM – DAY

Thea wakes up from her phone alarm, still lying down, she clicked
stop. She then looks at the clock, panics and jumps off her bed. Then
she ran towards her closet to change clothes.
She took her bag, full of anik-anik of her favorite idol.
CUT TO:
2 INT THEA’S HOUSE, KITCHEN – DAY
In the Kitchen, her mom drinking coffee while watching some Kdrama.
Thea took some bread and kissed her goodbye.
ATHENA
Late ka nanaman!
THEA
Alis na ko. Bye!
Her mom, used to this, waved her hand while Thea rushed to the door.

3 EXT THEA’S SCHOOL – CONTINIOUS
 Establishing Shot. College University.

4 INT THEA’S SCHOOL, GIRL’S CR – CONTINUOUS
Thea took her make up kit out of her bag while brushing her hair.
Teesha is looking at her hand mirror and putting some powder while
talking to each other.
THEA
Teh, bili tayo bagong merch ni Paul.
TEESHA
Anak mayaman ka ba? Kakagastos lang natin sa concert ticket. Kumalma
ka.
THEA
Minsan lang naman! Gumastos na din naman tayo edi ituloy tuloy na!
TEESHA
Sige na! Pero ikaw bibili, ibawas mo na lang sa utang mo sakin.
Teesha fished something from her bag.
TEESHA
Oh, by the way, ito na pala yung ticket mo!
THEA
Thank you, teh! Kaya mahal na mahal kita!!
After doing their “girly things”, Thea, smiling took out two tickets
from her bag then walked to the door.
CUT TO:
5 EXT STREET, CONCERT GROUNDS – NIGHT
Walking, Thea and Teesha are holding each other’s hand looking
confused, trying to look for the event venue where Paul – their
favorite singer.
TEESHA
Dito na ba yun?
THEA
Oo, ata. Tanong ako sa ibang online friends ko kung san tayo pwede
mamaya after concert.
TEESHA
 Ano nanaman binabalak mo?
THEA
Basta ako bahala mamaya. Makakapag selfie tayo kay Paul.
A loud sound startled Thea which made her jump a little. She tilted
her head towards the sound and squeaked, jumping lightly with
excitement and the she bolted, dragging Teesha with her.
THEA
OMG! Ayan na!! Tara na!!
CUT TO:
6 INT CONCERT GROUNDS – CONTINUOUS
Standing in the middle, in front of the stage holding her chest and
breathing slowly.
Surprised, Thea and her friend jumped and screamed excitedly.
When the lights suddenly went out and the music became louder, Thea
took out her phone, clicked the camera button multiple times.
Paul walked into the center stage while breathing slowly, holding a
mic to sing. Thea put down her phone watching Paul’s performance
fondly as she held her chest again.
Thea and the other fans sang together while waving their hands in the
air.
As the last note played, Thea, teary-eyed, covered her mouth with her
hands. The lights turned out.
CUT TO:
7 EXT STREETS – CONTINIOUS
The two friends, with big smiles, while holding their phones, walked
to an alley beside the events venue. Teesha is checking herself in her
pocket mirror.
THEA
Tara na! Mamaya ka na mag retouch baka di natin maabutan!
TEESHA
Pwede ba tayo dun?
THEA
Oo, ako bahala! May kaibigan ako, ganito daw talaga. Tara na dun tayo!
They walked towards the few people surrounding a van parked in front
of a door.
 TEESHA
Alis na lang kayo tayo? Pauwi na rin naman siya.
THEA
Ayaw mo ba mag pa picture sakanya? Tsaka mas malapit natin siya
makikita dito!
Tara na wag ka papagitgit, dapat dun tayo sa harapan.
Thea and Teesha pushed other fans to get closer to the van.
Paul walks out of the door.
THEA
Ayan na!! Cellphone ready para selfie agad!
Thea, holding her phone up in the air, clicked it non-stop capturing
multiple photos of Paul.
THEA
Paul! Paul, picture!
TEESHA
Paul dito!!
Thea, still pushing to get closer to Paul, is being pushed away buy
the guards forming a human barricade beside the van.
THEA
Kuya, wag manulak naman!

She pushed back harder and that made the guard in front of her
stumble.
THEA
Paul!
Paul walking to the van was stopped when Thea held his arm tightly.
THEA
Teka, Paul! Picture. Isang selfie lang!

Paul, shocked, looked back to Thea. Thea smiling waved her phone.
Paul smiled a little and posed for the photo while his manager,
frustrated, pulled him inside the van.
 THEA
Oh My God! Thank you! I love you! Bye!
Thea, waving her goodbye when the van took off

8 INT THEA’S BEDROOM – DAY
It was Monday morning; Thea was woken up by her phone alarm. She
opened her left eye to check on her phone then she clicked the stop
button then continued sleeping
Her phone rang, she sat up answering the phone call while rubbing her
eyes.
THEA
Ano?
TEESHA
(Name) Cafe today.
THEA
Ano oras?
TEESHA
Ngayon na. Maligo ka na.
THEA
Teh may pasok tayo??
TEESHA
Absent na. Nasa cafe si Paul.
THEA
Teka! Ito na. San ba magkikita? Send mo sakin location. Bye.

Clicked the end button and walked to the bathroom.

CUT TO:
9 INT THEA’S BEDROOM – CONTINOUS
While drying her hair, she went directly to her side table to look for
her phone.
She then put her phone inside her bag. She proceeded to her vanity
table, with posters and stickers of Paul stuck on it and did her make-
up to do her face.
While pointing at a picture of Paul stuck to her mirror.
 THEA
Ready! See you!
Looking at the mirror for the last time. She stood up smiling, took
her bag and walked to the door.
CUT TO:
10 INT KITCHEN - CONTINIOUS
Her mom is sitting in the kitchen, eating her lunch while watching
KDrama.
She took some food and sat beside her mom.
While eating, her mom turned towards her and started talking to her.
ATHENA
Nak, hanapan mo nga ako ibang mapapanuod.
THEA
Puro ka k-drama. Wala ako alam, di na ko nanunuod niyan.
ATHENA
Dali na, nak! Napanuod ko na lahat ng palabas ni Lee Minho. Wala ba
siya bago?
THEA
Wala ata. Hanap ka na lang iba.
ATHENA
Damot nito ah. Hahanapan lang eh.

Thea continues eating. Athena sips coffee before talking again.

ATHENA
Nga pala, may pasok ka ngayon diba?
THEA
Opo
ATHENA
Kamusta naman pag-aaral, nak? Maayos naman ba? Walang bagsak?
Thea pretended to look at her phone then hurriedly stood up
THEA
 Mala-late na ako, ma. Bye alis na ako.
She took her plate to the sink. Kissed her mom goodbye while picking
up her bag then fled to the door.

Thea arrived at the mall and immediately looked for her friend,
looking left and right. She saw her friend outside the café looking at
Paul.
TEESHA
Teh! Ang tagal mo!
THEA
Sorry naman ha! Tumakas pa kasi ako sa nanay ko diba!
TEESHA
Ayun si Paul oh!
Paul sat on a chair with his friends inside the café, talking and
having fun. At the same time, Thea and Teesha are outside the café
taking photos secretly.
TEESHA
Kalmahan mo pag picture. Baka makahalata
THEA
pano mo pala nalaman na nandito siya?
TEESHA
Syempre, connections. kaya wag ka muna mag post. Personal schedule
niya yan.

13 INT CAFÉ – CONTINUOUS
They went inside the café, walked directly to the table next to Paul.
Thea sat in the chair and discreetly took photos of Paul.
TEESHA
Thea, baka may flash!!
THEA
 Isa lang. Di na ulit.
To not get “too suspicious”, Thea took her wallet from her bag and
asked Teesha to buy her a drink. Looking at her wallet, he hesitated
for a bit because it was her last allowance she had for the week, but
she took it and gave Teesha the money.
THEA
Teesha, bili ka nga drinks natin para di tayo halata natambay lang
dito.
TEESHA
Wow, dami pera. Utang mo, teh
THEA
Tsaka ka na. Paul muna. Bilis bili ka na duon!
Paul stood up and walked towards the comfort room. Thea and her friend
followed Paul by looking at him, head turning to where he went.
Thea’s impulsive thoughts won when she also stood up and went in the
direction where Paul was. Standing outside the comfort room, Thea is
waiting for Paul to come out.

14 INT CAFÉ, HALLWAY – CONTINIOUS
When the door opened, she walked closer to Paul showing him her phone.
THEA
Hi po! Paul Rivera po diba? Pwede po mag papicture? Isa lang po
please.
Paul was shocked and stepped back a few, but as a professional, he
kindly agreed and posed for the photo.
PAUL
Ah... yeah, sure.
Excited, Thea was still smiling after the photo and looked at the
photo for a few seconds and looked back at Paul who was already
walking back to his table using his phone. Thea tried to catch Paul’s
attention again.
THEA
Thank you so much po! Fan na fan niyo po ako!
PAUL
Thank you.
 Thea pushed the door to enter the comfort room.

15 INT CAFÉ – CONTINIOUS
She walked back to their table. Frowning her face, when she saw Paul
and his friends already left.
THEA
San na sila?
TEESHA
Umalis na ang tagal mo kasi.
Thea sat back at her chair and drank her coffee.
THEA
Okay lang may picture naman kami.
TEESHA
Gaga ka! Kaya siguro umalis!
Thea faced her phone showing the photo with a proud smile.
THEA
Pasensya na. Ganto lang ako kagaling.

17 INT COLLEGE UNIVERSITY, CLASSROOM – DAY
Thea was typing on her laptop, doing her research when their class
representative, Alexa, walked behind her while holding some papers.
Alexa lowered her head leveling Thea’s to say something that made Thea
stop what she was doing.
ALEXA
Thea, punta ka daw kay Ms. Castro sa free time mo.
THEA
Bakit daw?
ALEXA
Hindi ko rin alam. Baka sa activities mo. Di ka nagpasa nung nakaraan.
THEA
Sige, punta na lang ako mamaya. Salamat.
After that short conversation, Alexa walked to her seat leaving Thea
still seated in her chair. Thea continued typing on her laptop but
would stop occasionally because thoughts had been bothering her.
CUT TO:
INT COLLEGE UNIVERSITY, TEACHER’S OFFICE - CONTINIOUS
Stressed, Thea walked to the teacher’s office. Thea knocked at the
door before entering.
THEA
Good Afternoon, Ma’am. Tawag niyo daw po ako?
As Thea went in, biting her nails, she saw her professor seated at her
table. Her hands motioned Thea to seat at the chair in front of her.
MS. CASTRO
Come in. You are?
THEA
Cabatuan po. Thea Cabatuan.
MS. CASTRO
Ah, so ikaw si Ms. Cabatuan.
Ms. Castro looked at her laptop to check her records.
MS. CASTRO
Ilang linggo ka nang hindi pumapasok sa klase ko.
Thea lowered her head.
MS. CASTRO
Hindi ka rin nagpapasa ng activities. Pano gagawin natin niyan?
Midterms na.
Ms. Castro looked at Thea, hands clasped together above the table.
MS. CASTRO
Alam mo naman na major ang subject ko. Ibabagsak na lang ba kita? Ang
dami mong kulang sakin.
Thea, bits her nails as she looked at Ms. Castro
 THEA
Ma’am baka naman po pwede pa habulin?
MS. CASTRO
Kaya mo bang habulin? Internship ka na next sem, diba?
THEA
Opo, internship ko na po dapat.
MS. CASTRO
Habulin mo. Kaya mo naman ata
THEA
Opo, Ma’am. Habulin ko po yun.
MS. CASTRO
After midterms bigay mo sakin lahat ng missed mo. Hanggang 14 Midterms

THEA

MS. CASTRO
17, kaya? Pasa mo sa akin lahat. Tapusin mo na. Para hindi ka na
umulit. Internship ka na next sem.
THEA

THEA

Thea, stood up and walked to the door silently.

Thea, with food in front of her only is poking it, staring into
nothing. While Teesha, using her phone beside is talking to her
nonstop.
TEESHA
Teh, may new tour ata si Paul.
 New merch nanaman toh!! Wala na akong pera jusko po!
Ano gagawin natin? Benta ko na kaya kidney ko?
Mag VIP ba tayo ulit?

Teesha stopped talking and put her phone down to look at Thea and
poked her cheeks to get her attention.
TEESHA
Teh, okay ka lang? Bakit parang namatayan ka naman diyan?
Tara punta tayo gig bukas!
Thea looked at Teesha then looked at her food. Then they talked.
THEA
Pass muna.
Teesha faced her with wide eyes open.
TEESHA
Wow?! Ikaw pass sa gig ni Paul? Ano nakain mo?
Teesha gripped her shoulders so Thea will look at her.
THEA
Bagsak ako kay Ms. Castro.
TEESHA
Hala! Bakit, anong nangyare?
THEA
Hindi na ko pumapasok sa class niya diba? Tapos hindi na rin ako
nakakapagpasa ng activities.
TEESHA
Bakit ka ba kasi absent ng absent?
THEA
Hindi pa naman ako totally bagsak. Pinagbigyan niya pa naman ako. Kasi
naman hindi ko din naman maiwan fansclub ni Paul. Alam mo naman gaano
kami kabusy dun lalo na sunod sunod events niya.
TEESHA
Ano na gagawin mo niyan?
 THEA
Ewan ko pa. Pero kasi ayaw ko na umulit. Hirap na nga sa tuition ko.
Tsaka yun na lang maiiwan ko kung sakali.
TEESHA
Basta, sis. If need mo help nandito naman ako eh. Magsabi ka lang.
Teesha caress Thea’s shoulder.
THEA
Thank you! Thank you talaga palagi. Life saver talaga kita.
Thea and Teesha hugged each other.

As Thea entered their house, she quietly took off her shoes and
changed to her slippers. The bag still slings on her shoulder; she
went to the kitchen to eat dinner.
She saw her mom, seating at the table looking at her as if she was
waiting for Thea to come.
ATHENA
Kain na
THEA
Sila Alleah, ma?
ATHENA
Tulog na. May pasok pa ng maaga bukas.
She sat at the chair next to her mom then bit her nails before
talking.
THEA
Ma.
ATHENA
Hm?
Athena looked at Thea while putting dinner on her plate
 THEA
Baka bumagsak po ulit ako.
Thea lowered her head while Athena put down the plate.
ATHENA
Bakit, nak? Akala ko ba ayos na tayo?
THEA
Minsan na lang po kasi ako pumasok.
ATHENA
Bakit nanaman, anak? Dahil kay Paul nanaman? Ilang beses na kita
pinagsabihan diyan ha.
Athena run her hand through her hair.
ATHENA
Anak naman! Hindi ka naman pinagbabawalan diyan kakaalis mo! Ang sa
akin lang ayusin mo yang pag-aaral mo! Pag naka tapos ka na sige
umalis ka ng umalis pero tapusin mo naman muna ‘toh!
Thea bit her lip preventing herself to cry as Athena’s voice cracked.
ATHENA
Ano ba talaga plano mo sa buhay? Hahabol na lang ng hahabol sa lalaki?
Anak napapagod na ako! 2 kayong college si bunso mag c-college na din!
Ikaw lang yung inaasahan kong tutulong sakin!
Athena looked up at the ceiling as her tears flow. Thea looked at her
mom as tears flow on her cheeks too.
THEA
Ma, pagod na din po ako! Pagod na din ako maging ate, ma! Tuwing wala
ka ako nag aasikaso dito. Lagi mong sinasabi na ang bilis ko mag
mature kaya maasahan ako pero, ma. Wala akong choice! Wala akong
choice kung hindi mag mature kasi ako lang naman makakatulong sayo!
May mga kapatid akong mas bata! Kahit hindi ko gustuhin mag mature,
kailangan kasi anong mangyayare samin tuwing wala ka kung hindi ako
mag aasikaso!
Thea slap her chest
THEA
Lagi na lang ako, ma! Pag may kailangan ako! Pag may utos ako! Ma,
pagod na ko! Gusto ko lang din naman mag enjoy! Hindi ko nagawa yung
gusto ko kasi kailangan ko mag sakripisyo!
Athena frowned and looked at Thea
ATHENA
Pinapayagan naman kita umalis alis ha? Kelan kita pinagbawalan?
THEA
Oo, ma. Ngayon pinapayagan mo nako. Kasi may sarili na akong pera. Ako
na gumgastos sa sarili kong luho. Hindi naman ako nahingi sainyo pag
naalis ako.
Thea stood up from her seat looking at her mom.
Pero noon? Nung buhay pa si Papa. Kelan niya ko pinagbigyan? Nung
gusto ko sumali sa mga singing contest? Anong sabi niyo? “Wag na muna
anak. Sayang ang pera na ibabayad baka hindi ka manalo.”

Nung birthday ko noon, hindi naman ako nanghihingi. Ni ayaw ko nga mag
celebrate tuwing birthday ko. Ma, gusto ko lang ng gitara. Ayun lang
naman hinihingi ko! Anong sabi ni Papa? “Wala pang pera. Hindi mo
naman magagamit. Sayang lang.”

Ma! Gusto ko pong maging singer! Gusto ko tumugtog. Gusto ko

tumungtong din sa stage! Alam mo bakit idol ko si Paul at lagi ko siya
pinapanuod? Kasi nakikita ko yung pangarap ko sakanya. Ang saya saya
niya, ma kapag tumutugtog siya. Kapag kumakanta siya. Makikita mo din
sa mga nanunuod na nagugustuhan nila yung kanta.

Ganun yung gusto ko. Yun yung pangarap ko yung gawin ang makakapag
pasaya sakin.

ATHENA
Anak bakit naman hindi mo sinabi kay mama?
THEA
Bakit ko pa sasabihin? Matanda na ko, ma. Kinalimutan ko na nga ata
yun eh. May mga kapatid pa ko oh. Diba sabi ko naman sayo nung nawala
si papa? Ako tutulong sayo. Tulungan tayo.
ATHENA
Anak, hindi, pangarap mo iyan. Susuportahan kita sa kung anong gusto
mo. Patawarin mo kami ng papa mo. Nung mga panahong yun kasi mga bata
pa kami. Hindi rin namin alam ang gagawin tapos 4 pa kayo. Im sorry
anak ko. Sobrang sorry. Pagpasensyahan mo na kami anak.
 THEA
Pasensya na rin, ma kung medyo naligaw ako. Masyado nga ata ako
talagang na distract kay Paul. Wag ka mag alala. Ggraduate ako this
year.
ATHENA
Thank you, Thea. Sobrang salamat dahil ikaw ang laging nakakatulong sa
akin. Hindi ka nag sasabi sa akin. Kinikimkim mo lang pala. Anak, sa
susunod mag sabi ka kay mama ha? Wag mong itago yan. Kailangan mo
ilabas yan lahat. Mahal na mahal kita, baby ko.
Athena hugged Thea tightly as they both cry in each other’s arms.

Thea threw her bag at the floor when she entered her room and slammed
herself in bed, not minding changing her clothes. She closed her eyes
for a moment and opened them again due to her phone notification.
Notification: Paul’s New Single Out now!
She sat up on her bed to take her bag from the floor to get her phone.
Upon reading the notification, she lay in her bed properly and opened
an app to watch Paul’s new video upload.
It was a new song released, about a person who dreams big. A tear left
Thea’s eyes as she was somewhat related to the song.
She was once a dreamer, a dream to have a job that she wants, a dream
that’s been slowly shattering because of not only herself but also the
people around her.
Tonight, she cried her heart out while lying on her bed, crying the
pain away until she slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep.

28 INT COLLEGE UNIVERSITY – MORNING
Standing in front of the class with a smile on her face, holding some
index cards. Thea is now presenting and discussing her thesis project.
Her professor smiled at her and handed her a paper. Thesis Defended.

Once Thea was done with her work, she took her bag and fixed it before
standing up and walking towards her manager’s table.
She was smiling when she handed a paper to her manager and politely
left.
Resignation Letter was written on it.

Thea seating at the waiting line nervously bit her nails. She
immediately stood when her name was called and was handed a paper.
 Staring at the handed paper, she smiled widely before leaving the
room.

Holding her bag tightly, Thea dust off her office attire before
pushing the door to enter the company.
She is smiling at the other people inside the room walking towards an
empty seat.
Shortly, a women walking confidently with a straight body, head high,
entered the room with her laptop in hand a smile in her face.

Good Morning, Interns!
Tres Marias pala ang mas-swerteng nakapasa sa interview.
Trina chuckled while standing infront of them.
Anyway, I am Trina, 32 years old, Im a Sr. Graphic Artist in this
company and ako and mag hahandle sainyo. Kung may mga questions, or
kahit chika sa akin niyo sabihin.
Everyone, with a smile on their faces, introduced themselves one by
one.
Trina started walking to tour them inside the office.
TRINA
We currently have a project for an upcoming event. As a multimedia
artist our role is for the graphics, our team is mainly for the
promotional collaterals.
Trina stopped at the aisle and looked back at the interns.
TRINA
Thea, this will be your table.
Trina pointed to the designated tables for the interns.

 Thea seating at her office table clicking her mouse seriously looking
at the monitor. would constantly be taking a sip on her coffee beside
her keyboard.
Stopping for a while, stretching her arms up high. Holding her neck
cracked to relieve body aches.

Their team leader, Trina, is standing behind her while she is seated
at her table, clicking her mouse and keyboard finishing up her work.
Trina is watching Thea’s work and smile looking proud. Patted Thea’s
back and leave.

34 INT RESTAURANT – NIGHT
Glasses clicking. Trina, Thea and her other co-intern seated and
having fun at the restaurant. Today is the last day of internship and
France decided to treat his interns.
As the time progressed, Trina and Thea seated in one of the seats
facing each other, had small talk alone.

Yes, ate?
TRINA
Wag ka muna maingay pero baka magka opening. Send mo sa akin agad

Thea, hand in hand with her mom slowly walked up on stage smiling
widely.
Accepting her diploma and thankful the school staffs.
She stopped in the middle of the stage looking at her schoolmates
smiling and bowed.

Thea is nervous trying to smile, playing her fingernails under the
table while waiting for the interviewer’s reaction to her answers.
As the interviewer put down her pen, she looked at Thea and smiled.

38 INT THEA’S BEDROOM – MORNING
Seated on her bed and scrolling through her laptop looking for a job.
Thea immediately looked at her phone as it pinged.

She jumped out of her bed holding her phone screaming and ran to her
mom.

Oh my God!! Mama!!!!
ATHENA
Ay jusko po. Ano yun? Kumalma ka nga!
THEA
Pasado ako mama! Tanggap ako sa Carat Ent!! Mama may trabaho na ako!!!
 Thea continue jumping as she hug her mom tightly.
ATHENA
Ayan ba yung sinasabi mong handler ni Paul?!
Athena, smiling grabbed Thea’s shoulder to stop her from jumping

Athena hug Thea tightly and kiss her cheek.

She shyly laugh and bowed her head as her co-workers welcomed her.

Thea and Trina laugh as they go to their desk.

Thea all smile focused on her task, typing, clicking on her computer.
Trina tapped her lightly, smiling at her, holding some files, gave her
an errand.
TRINA
Thea girl, favor naman.
THEA
Yes, ate?
TRINA
Punta ka sa kabilang building. Hanapin mo Sir Advincula, pakibigay
itong file galing kamo sa Graphic Artist Team.
THEA
Okay ate. Anong room po siya?
TRINA
Hindi lang ako sure kung nasa Studio pa siya sa 4th floor. Kung wala
nasa 2nd floor yun.
THEA
Okay, ate.
TRINA
Thank you.
Thea clicked something on her computer before standing up, took her
phone and walked to the office door.

Thea is playing with her phone charm while looking around the
building.
She stopped for a while when she saw a recording studio. Standing in
front of the door for a moment thinking if she’ll go inside without
permission.
Curiosity won, she turned the knob slowly and entered the room.
She roams her sight around the room and saw a guitar seating at the
corner.
Hesitantly took it, holding it and staring at it for a moment before
seating at the couch.
She started strumming, as the feelings overflowed over her, she closed
her eyes and sang.
A loud clap made her open her eyes. She immediately stood and returned
the guitar back.
THEA
Hala! sorry po.
PAUL
Galing mo nga eh.
Eyes wide open as she saw Paul, leaning at the door looking at her.
PAUL
Anong kanta yun?
THEA
Uhm... sulat ko po
Thea put her hands behind her shyly.
PAUL
Wow, musician ka din?
THEA
Naku, hindi po! Dyan po ako sa kabilang building may inutos lang po
sakin dito
PAUL
Really? Akala ko new artist ka.
THEA
Ay, Salamat po.
 PAUL
May potential ka.
Thea smiled shyly.
PAUL
By the way, I’m Paul. And you are?
THEA
Thea po. Thea Cabatuan.
Paul walked towards her offering a handshake. Thea looked at him with
a smile and accepted his hand.
