1) The petitioners most respectfully submit that they are accused for
the alleged offences U/Sec. 332 (c) & 305 of BNS on the file of
respondent police. The alleged date of occurrence is 20.05.2025. The
FIR is registered on 03.07.2025 and the same is pending on the file of
Judicial Magistrate No. I, Cuddalore.
2) The petitioners herein apprehend arrest and ill-treatment at the
hands of respondent police. The petitioners are innocent of the alleged
occurrence and they are falsely implicated in this case with ulterior
motives, The petitioners are no way connected with the said offence. In
fact the petitioners did not involve in any occurrence as alleged in the
FIR.
3) The petitioners further submit that the defacto complainant is
brother of the 1st petitioner and 24 peuuoner is wife of 1st petitioner. In
fact there is a civil dispute in respect of their family prroperty and there is
a contempt petition is pending as aginst the defacto comnlainont in A
No: 28/2024 in 0.S No: 18oT0 e tle of Principal District
Munsif. Cuddalore. The copy ol ue 1s herewith filed and it may
read as part and parcel of this petition.
4) The petitioners further submt e l tne defacto complainant is a
political influence person. Th1s Case s oting but a counter blast of
the FIR No: 39/2025 on the me o reSpondent police. which is
registered on 6-5-2025 as against the defacto complainant and his
wife namely Roselin. The copy or the rik 1s herewith filed and it mav be
read as part and parcel of this petition.
5) The petitioners further submit that the defacto complainant is trying
to take forcible possession and get D.B Connection by i1legal means
and the same is successfully restricted by the petitioners and in this
regard a legal notice also issued on 29-04-2025 to E.B Department and
thereafter the E.B Department refused to give E.B Connection to the
defacto complainant. The copy of the notice is herewith filed and it may
be read as part and parcel of this petition. The Electricity connection for
the dispute property stands in the name of 1st petitioner and a copy of
E.B receipt is herewith filed and it may be read as part and parcel of
this petition.
6) The petitioners further submit that the property involved in the
dispute belongs to the petitioners and the patta for the property
stands in the name of 1st petitioner, The copy of thepatta is herewith
filed and it may be read as part and parcel of this petiti0n.
7) It is further submitted that the defacto complainant has failed
in all his attempts to take
forcible possession and got aggrieved by
the same he has lodged a false case against the petitioners and on
the basis of the false complaint the respondent police tried to settle
he matter amicably, but the
defacto complainant very particular

petitioners due to escape fron the
earlier case registered as against the
defacto complainant and his
wife as stated above. Now the
defacto complainant lockedthe house
of the petitioners by using his
influence and the petitioners are
staving out of their residential home.
8) It is further submitted that the petitioners are

and having permanent place of residence. The petitioners
undertake that
they will neither tamper the witness nor hamper the
progress of the
prosecution case.
9 The petitioners will not abscond and undertake to appear when and
where the court orders to do so. The petitioners are willing to abide by
any condition imposed by this Hon'ble court.
10) It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to
release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest and thus render
justice.

father. I am swearing to this affidavit on behalf of 2nd
petitioner also.
