Note:
I) Land not meeting any of the above 6 evaluation parameters is required to be rejected.
2) Offered land should have minimum frontage & area as specified in the advertisement

Minimum Depth perpendicular to the frontage should be available at least from one place (point of
frontage) measured after leaving ROW.
4) Location of Rural outlet should not be on Highways (NH/SH etc.) and outside tho municipai limits of
a town ( as on date of advertisement)

Ihereby confirm that the above mentioned details of the plot offered by me are correct and
site has been inspected by the Company Officials as mentioned below. Further I also confirm
that:-

Offered land is of required dimension and abutting the Road boundary, after leaving
Right of Way (ROW) line of the road.
i!. The offered land is also not notified for acquisition.
Land owner is in Possession of the land from the beginning / edge of ROW line.
iv. There is no other land including Govt. land between ROW and offered plot.

I also understand that in case any of the details mentioned above are found incorrect or the
