Notes on Explosion Protection (Ex IIC T4)

Prefer welded ends over threaded for leak-proof operation under pressure and thermal cycling.
Confirm seal compatibility for -40 °C Enviroment.
Request GOST leakage certificates and test data for Class A performance.
Zone 1 or 2 use requires Ex d or Ex mb certified coils rated IIC T4.
IIC group includes the most explosive gases (e.g., hydrogen, acetylene).
T4 means max surface temperature ≤135 °C.
All selected valves offer coil enclosures or flameproof housings for compliance.
For GOST zones, confirm TR CU 012/2011 certificate availability with vendor.
