At fast modification of the input signal the output current is “retarded” nal precautions are taken. The control units MC (RE 95050) or

till Imax and vice versa is adjustable.
The output stage is working almost free of losses by pulse width
modulation (PWM) with a pulse repetition rate of 100 Hz. The current
closed loop control is effected by modification of the duration of
connection resp. disconnection. Temperature related resistance
modifications in the proportional solenoid circuit and variations of
the operating voltage are settled. At overload in the solenoid circuit
the connection time is reduced to a min. value of 0,5 ms harmless for
the output stage.
The start current Imin and the max current Imax may be set separately
for “forward” and “reverse” direction of travel.

Characteristics

Amplifier control
The amplifier may be controlled by means of one or two potentiometer. 2) Control with two potentiometers
Furthermore the control by means of a signal voltage, e.g. of a stored One potentiometer for travel direction "forward"
program control (SPC) is possible.
One potentiometer for travel direction "reverse"

1) Control with a single potentiometer

Note:
The electrical neutral is in the mid position of the potentiometer
When the forward control potentiometer is in use,
the reverse potentiometer must be at zero and vice versa.

Safety Concept

Note:
– The suggested circuits do not imply any technical liability of Bosch Rexroth Mobile Hydraulics for the system.
– The safety instructions contained in RDE 90301-01 must be observed.
– To switch off the system in emergencies, the power supply to the electronic controls must be disconnected by an emergency stop switch. The
emergency stop switch must be installed in an easily accessible position for the operator.
Safe braking must be ensured when the emergency stop function is activated.
– Lines to the electronic controls must not be routed close to other conducting lines in the machine.
– A sufficient distance to radio systems must be maintained.
– All connectors must be unplugged from the electronic unit during electrical welding operations.
– The electronic unit may only be tested with connected proportional solenoids.
– The proportional solenoids must not be connected to spark suppression diodes.
– Other inductive loads in the system must be connected to spark suppression diodes.
– External switching contacts in the solenoid lines are not permitted.
