Behavior expected from the passenger:
• Respectful and in a professional manner
• Arrive to the check in counter at least 120 minutes prior to the departure time
• Any concerns or bad experience to be reported to management and to act professionally throughout the journey
On a Security perspective:
• Carry all the proper documentation for entering and/or exiting the intended state of destination or transit
• Passengers may be discouraged from travelling to countries or areas undergoing civil/political unrest, severe weather and natural
catastrophes
• Cooperate fully with the instructions and decisions given by the crew on duty
Dress code:
• As representatives of Qatar Airways Group, employees and their eligible beneficiaries are required to dress appropriately when using
travel entitlements. Clothing should be clean, well maintained, appropriately fitted, and free of damage, rips, tears and fraying.
• Acceptable attire as below:
• Smart jeans/denim and chinos that are neat, plain and appropriately fitted are acceptable in any cabin.
• Polo shirt, collarless plain T-shirt, collared shirt, blouse, smart dress or skirt (knee-length or longer).
• Athletics shoes/sneakers/trainers/boots that are plain, color neutral and overall presentable are acceptable in any cabin.
• Smart Casual ladies' sandals (flat or heeled) similar to those that would be worn to the office.
• Full professional national dress (male & female Qatari, GCC or other nationalities) including appropriate sandals.
• Children aged 12 years and below traveling in any cabin are allowed to wear more casual clothing (i.e. shorts, T-shirts, running
shoes).
• Strictly not allowed for all cabins is shown as below:
 • Jeans that are dirty, or too distressed, with any holes or rips.
• "Overly revealing" clothing, sweatpants, sportswear attire, beach clothing, and any kind of shorts or athletic or athleisure wear.
• Flip-flops, sliders, beach slippers, croc-style shoes/sandals, Birkenstock-style sandals.
• Clothing that is vulgar or violates community standards or decency is never appropriate, including items that have words, terms,
or pictures that may be offensive to others.
• Hats of any kind, including caps.
• Any tight, short skirts or dresses above the knee, see-through, revealing and sleeveless clothing (shoulders must be covered).
• Shorts, cargo pants, track suits, 3/4th length or low waist trouser.
• It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all beneficiaries using Staff Travel benefits are briefed on the dress code, what is
acceptable and are dressed appropriately.
• Employees may only wear their QR Group issued uniform if they are required to do so when travelling on duty.
• Other airline staff customers shall adhere to the above dress code when travelling on Qatar Airways flights.
Tip: To avoid last minute inconveniences owing to dress code issues and unnecessary debates during boarding time, please refrain from
using attire that may be misunderstood as restricted.
Onboard services and Amenities Expectations:
• Revenue passengers are always given priority services (like distributing blankets, meals etc.)
• May not request Y class amenity kit in place of the J and F class amenity kits
Note: Inappropriate behavior or misuse of staff travel benefits may lead to disciplinary action to the employee who issued the ticket.
