to guess.

Children stand in a circle. Teacher says a sentence like You lost your toy and children act
the correct feeling. Then they say the matching sentence: I am sad.

Children play Action Simon Says game. When teacher says Jump They jump and say the

or smiley rewards for motivation
Children will be able to confidently use simple conversational sentences including
Objectives/SLO’s introducing themselves, greeting others, expressing feelings, and identifying basic actions
through role play and practice.
Teacher will start with a warm-up circle time and revise all previously learned conversation
topics by asking:
What is your name?
How old are you?

How do you say hello?
How do you feel when you get a gift?
What do you do when you're happy?
Children will answer enthusiastically with peer support if needed
Teacher will recap all sentence structures in a fun and rhythmic way (like a chant or call-
and-response style). Example:

Teacher will model a complete conversation using a puppet:

Children will pair up or form small groups. Each group will perform a short guided role
plays on the mini classroom stage or circle time mat.
Example scenarios:
Applying New Two friends meeting and greeting each other.
