To,
The Station House Officer,
Gachibowli PS.

Sub: Report- Seeking Appropriate Legal Action Against- Regrading.

Dear Sir /Madam,

1. I, Komandla Divya Rao W/o Komandla Kishore Rao, Aged: 34 residing at

#2-35/3, S R Classic Building, Gopanpalli Thanda, Serlingampally, K V
Rangareddy, TG, 500046. Presently, I am working as a Journalist at Jai
Bheem TV Channel.

2. I have been residing at the above-mentioned address for about 2

years. I was married to Mr. Komandla Kishore Rao, and due to personal
differences living separately since around 2 years. As I am a resident for 2
years, I have cordial relations with my neighbors and the landlord including
Mr. Goutham, who is the son of my landlord. Based on such cordial relation
on 25.02.2025., I sought Mr. Goutham for an interest free financial
assistance of Rs. 20, 000/- to lend me for just a week to pay my medical
expenses, as I my salary was not yet credited for that month.

3. It is submitted that, on my request, Mr. Goutham agreed to lend Rs.

20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) for without any interest and
collateral as it is for a week and I have a cordial relation with his family and
him, and gave me the amount on 25.02.2025. It is pertinent to mention here
that as a lending security Mr. Goutham sought my three blank bank cheaque.
I was surprised by Mr. Goutham for asking 3 (three) cheque for a amount of
Rs. 20,000/- that too for a return of amount in a week and resisted to issue
the three cheque on my name. However, Mr. Goutham said he could not
arrange for Rs. 20,000/- if I don’t issue him three blank bank cheque. Left
without any option I issued him three blank cheques bearing No. 72006725,

72006726 and 72006727, as I am in the need of money for my medical
expenses.

4. However, after a week, while I was about to start to my work, two

persons claiming themselves as local unregistered money lenders named
Mr. Mr. David and Mr. Pavan visited my home and asked me to pay Rs. 61,
000/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Only) for the money Mr. Goutham has
taken on behalf of me without my consent and knowledge from them. When I
enquired in detail I got to know that on 25.02.2025 Mr. Goutham took Rs.
50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) on my name by submitting three
blank cheques bearing No. 72006725, 72006726 and 72006727 given to him
from the above mentioned local unregistered money lenders, from which he
gave me Rs. 20,000/- on that day of 25.02.2025.

5. It is submitted that, after a brief argument with Mr. Goutham who was
present in homw when these local unregistered money lenders named Mr.
Mr. David and Mr. Pavan visited my home, Mr Goutham confessed that he
took Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) on my name by submitting
three blank cheques bearing No. 72006725, 72006726 and 72006727 given
to him from the above mentioned local unregistered money lenders, from
which he gave me Rs. 20,000/- on that day of 25.02.2025.

6. When I requested those local unregistered money lenders to provide

me a few days to pay back the amount of Rs. 20,000/- which I took from Mr.
Goutham, they did not heed to my request and tried to take away the Honda
Activa vehicle of my friend Mr. Chichula Ramu which is with me on the day of
the incident. After my intense request they left the Honda Activa vehilce and
forcefully took my signature on a blank promissory note.

7. Taking advantage of me as a single woman living alone with financial

difficulties and no personal security, these local unregistered money lenders
named Mr. Mr. David and Mr. Pavan alone Mr Goutham use to phone call
me during late nights and harass me mentally and seeking bodily favors.

8. It is submitted that Since I did not respond to their late night demands
positively, and also could not pay their money back on time, they came
back again to my home after a month and created a lot of nuisance infront of
my home on the watch of my colony members and neighbors.

9. Feeling embarrassed by the nuisance created and threatened by David

and Mr. Pavan, and Mr. Goutham in my colony, I have no other option but to
sign the blank promissory notes. Further, they forcefully took my signatures
again on a blank promissory note, and on revenue bond papers along with
taking away of the Honda Activa vehicle of my friend Mr. Chichula Ramu
which is with me.

10. It is further submitted that, As I was not able to pay their huge interest
rate and tolerate their hooliganism, I was forced to commit suicide many
times due to cheating, mental harassment, and criminal intimidation. Copy of
the medical records relating to committal of suicide are attached herein.

11. At the cost of repetition, It is submitted that considering my financial

and social background, who is living single without my husband’s security, all
three men with an intention to bodily exploit me, used to call me during late
nights and threaten me to kill if I do not agree to their demands. I being a
single women living alone left to face my fate at the hands of these men on
several nights due to the huge interest rate borrowing from them.

12. On the last Occasion Dated:21.06.2025 I have submitted a similar

complaint to you, but the complaint had been disposed off on
dated:20.07.2025 under enquiry report of CYB/GCHBL_CYB/230625/01656
saying it as a civil dispute. Hence now I submit my complaint again before
you.

Therefore, I request you to register my report, grant police

protection to my life, relieve my friend Ch. Ramu’s vehicle from all these
three persons and take appropriate legal action against all the persons
concerned for the ends of justice. Thank you.
