Sujal's Daily Reset Routine (Hinglish)
🌅 Morning Routine
7:30 AM – Uth jao, bina snooze ke. 1 glass garam paani + nimbu lo.
7:45 AM – Toilet + Brush + Face Wash.
8:00 AM – 8:20 AM – Yoga & Meditation (10 min light yoga + 10 min meditation).
8:30 AM – Nahana, kapde change karna, fresh feel lena.
8:45 – 10:15 AM – Client work / Demo / Important kaam.
10:30 – 11:00 AM – Breakfast (4 roti + sabzi / dahi).
🌞 Midday Routine
11:00 – 12:00 PM – Light rest ya halka walk.
12:00 – 1:00 PM – Workout (Pushups, Crunches, Leg Raise, Plank, etc.)
1:00 – 1:30 PM – 1 Banana + paani + rest.
1:30 – 2:00 PM – Lunch (Chawal + daal + sabzi).
2:00 – 3:00 PM – Rest / aankh band karke 30-40 min araam.
3:00 – 4:30 PM – Kaam ka dusra session (Editing / Reels / Learning).
🌇 Evening Routine
4:30 – 5:00 PM – Snacks (Chana / moongfali) + chai.
5:00 – 6:00 PM – GF Time 💖 (Pure focus sirf uske saath).
6:00 – 6:30 PM – Walk ya stretching.
6:30 – 7:30 PM – Planning / WhatsApp follow-ups.
8:00 PM – Dinner (4 roti + halki sabzi).
8:30 – 9:30 PM – Chill time (Game / Music / YouTube – only if day was productive).
9:30 – 10:00 PM – GF se call ya message, din ka update dena.
10:00 – 10:30 PM – Brush + face wash + bed clean karna.
10:30 – 11:00 PM – Light music ya silence me so jaana (mobile door rakhna).
🔑 Special Rules & Habits
- Har subah yoga se mind calm aur body fresh hoti hai.
- Workout skip nahi karna – pet ke liye crunches & plank zaroori.
- GF ko daily 1 hour quality time do.
- Har raat brush aur face wash karna mandatory hai.
- Mobile ko sone se pehle 30 min pehle side me rakh do.
- Khana simple hai to tension mat lo, bas oily cheeze avoid karo.
- 1 hafte me ek din apna progress khud check karo.
