3. Choose “liability determination report
Post - accident procedure:
1. Go to authorities along with the form provided by surveyor to you and follow the steps mentioned below
2. Get “Repair Authorization” from Absher platform
3. Obtain damage evaluation quote from any workshop approved by the traffic police department. Present the
form provided by Najm surveyor
4. Take the “Repair Authorization” form and damage evaluation quote received from authorized workshop to
concerned motor insurance claim agency after 48 hours of accident
5. Obtain the repair approval from your motor insurance company to get your vehicle repaired
Notes:
Najm does not charge any fee from accident party(s) for its services
The party with comprehensive insurance policy can claim its insurance company directly
Najm is not responsible for any transportation charges e.g. car towing etc
To file claim bring your bank account number (IBAN)
Customer is not entitled to object to accident report after 10 days from the date of accident and you can
submit objection on the website www.najm.sa

Procedure - To obtain a vehicle repair permit electronically
Dear Customer
Thank ALLAH for your safety
Now you can obtain an electronic repair permit for your vehicle through the Abshr platform, according
to the following steps:
1. Login to your account on the Abshr platform
2. Choose Electronic-Services
3. Select Vehicle Services
4. Access the vehicle management
5. Select the vehicle you want to repair
6. Choose issuing a vehicle repair permit
7. Request a vehicle repair permit
8. After that, a vehicle repair permit will be issued, and its validity period will be 90 days
