Southern Sector Selection Trails for Inter Sector Sports Tournament
With reference 0.0. No. DLH/CSD/lnter Sector/2025-26, dated 04.08.2025, the selection trails for southern
sector for Inter Sector Sports tournament are scheduled as per the attachment at Annexure-1.
02. The Modalities for conducting selection trails and select a team for southern sector are mentioned
below:-
(i) Respective sports officers of each work center of southern sector (Chennai/ Ka_raikal/ Kakinada/
Rajahmundry) shall submit the list of nominations to Head HR & 1/c- HR/ER Rajahmundry, prior to
scheduled date of selection trails. Please note that an Employee can participate only in one inter
sector tournament.
(ii) Each Work Centre shall bring their own playing kits/equipment for participating in selection trails.
(iii) Selection trails shall be conducted by External Sports Expert(s) from reputed institutes/ Govt.
Bodies.
(iv) Recommendations of the External sports expert(s) shall be put up to competent authority for
- approval.
(v) Upon approval of competent authority, the final list of players for representing southern sector
shall be conveyed to respective players through respective I/c-HR/ER/ Sports lncharge.
(vi) Measurement for sports kits shall be obtained at the end of trails for each sport so as to procure
the same as per requirement by HR-Rajahmundry for distributing the same to players at the location
where inter-sector tournament is being planned.
