- 30 min Home Workout (Push/Pull/Legs)
- Protein-rich breakfast (eggs, oats, banana, milk)
College Hours (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Attend classes actively
- Use free periods/lunch break to revise coding or watch tech/mindset content
- Stay hydrated, eat nutritious lunch
Post-College (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: DSA Practice (LeetCode - 2 problems, track mistakes)
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Healthy Snack + Freshen up
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Java/Project/Resume work
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Hygiene check, clean-up, journal reflection
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Soft Skills (Reading, videos, journaling)
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Dinner (No screen)
8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: DSA Review or Mock Coding
9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Night hygiene + Sleep routine (lights off by 10:15)
