Hello to all students. This time, it will be about the element of the spirit of
being a teacher,

and abilities.

every activity, or every performance is what brings about the success of our work
or achieves our
work goals. If we have this kind of feeling or thought, it will also make us
satisfied with our work.

also feel satisfied
with the performance of that work. That is, the output or result that it occurs due
to satisfaction
with our work is in point one. Seeing the growth of our students when our students

graduate each school year, we feel proud that we can send them or that we can teach
them to achieve
their goals. Teachers must also train to be satisfied with our performance. The
third is to create
happiness in carrying out missions. We must be happy at work. Happy working in
school. Have the joy
of working in the classroom. This is not that we don't feel like going to school,
so we feel
uncomfortable to meet. It will make us feel unhappy at work, right? We must feel
happy that we are
very happy to be able to work in this school. We are very happy that we have done
our duty as teachers.
The last thing is that we have to see the work we do as challenging. It can help to
learn.
Actually, the work of being a teacher is not a routine job. No, we have to see it
as a challenge for
us how we design the teaching. How do we have a teaching method so that the
learners can learn as
much as possible? We may also have to look at what we learn in our daily teaching

is in terms of stability and career advancement. We must train ourselves to feel
that the job of
a teacher or a teacher in a book school is a stable job. There is progress.
Progressive stability
will make a stable job progress. It will make the professional or worker feel that
he wants to
continue to do that work. So, in the teacher's profession, job security is already
there because we
receive a salary every month. What does progress mean? Advancement also means that
we can be promoted

already stable.
We receive a salary every month, we receive welfare to take care of our family, to

security that we already have as teachers, and many people who enter the profession
of welfare teachers are one of the important choices that make them enter the
teaching profession because I have seen some of my students leave at first, I don't
want to be a teacher, I go to work and other things first, and then I go back to
being a teacher because I feel that they need welfare to reimburse their parents
for medical expenses.
That is the job security we are. If we feel this way, it will make us strive to
continue to improve ourselves. We feel that our work is stable. The fifth is to
support and promote the development of human potential. In addition to schools
promoting the development of teachers, we must also always promote self-development
because we also have to study information about online training. Find opportunities
to develop knowledge and work experience.
This is one of the things I like to describe in the last episode. I will always
emphasize that teachers must always try to find opportunities to improve their

There are 12 techniques to practice positive thinking. It is that there are

him depressed there. Therefore, can negative thoughts or negative feeling stop? Can

a positive person has positive feelings it will lead to good behavior.
Therefore, this time I would like to propose 12 ways to train us to be positive
people. Positive thinking is not a beautiful world. Positive thinking means

Now let's take a look at some of the ways we can practice positive thinking. The
first is to try to look for the good in the bad things that happen.
I believe that everyone has bad things in their lives. Maybe small things or big

our thoughts disappear more and more.

behavior. Therefore, I want everyone to look for good things from bad things that
happen.

listen to other people's criticisms.
