Daily Height Boost Routine

Goal: Support natural height growth, posture, and spine health

Time Needed: 10-15 minutes daily

Stretching (Hold each for 20-30 seconds, repeat 2-3x)

- Cobra Stretch

- Cat-Cow Stretch

- Downward Dog

- Child's Pose

- Hanging from a bar (if available) - 30 seconds x 3

Posture & Mobility Work

- Arm Circles - 20 forward / 20 backward

- Wall Angels - 10 reps

- Shoulder Rolls - 10 reps forward, 10 reps backward

- Chin Tucks - 10 reps

Spine & Core Strength (2 Rounds)

- Supermans - 15 reps

- Glute Bridges - 15 reps

- Plank - 1 minute

- Bird-Dogs - 10 each side

Lifestyle Tips to Maximize Height

- Sleep 8-10 hours every night (growth hormone spikes in sleep)

- Eat high-protein, calcium-rich foods (eggs, milk, beans, spinach)

- Get sunlight daily for Vitamin D

- Avoid sugary snacks, soda, and junk food

Bonus Tip

- Stand tall every time you walk or sit. Good posture can instantly make you appear taller by 1-2 inches.
