Introduction
We are M/s Shiv Enterprises located in Waluj industrial area, Aurangabad (Maharashtra). Established in
2023 with the prime objective to design, develop and manufacture of high quality press tools, precision
machined parts/components, Die casting dies, gauges, plastic moulds, Jigs, Hydraulic Fixtures, Product
Development for different industrial uses like automobile, electrical and electronic industries.
Infrastructure
We have a well-equipped infrastructure with modern manufacturing facility with 1500 Square meter
building area. Installed with 2 nos of Vertical Machining Centre & all kinds of conventional machines which are
required for manufacturing. And also having modified & updated software facility for Design of tooling and CAM
machining like WorkNC . These advanced and sophisticated facilities are help in achieving our production targets
& finish goods with expected accuracy and quality.

Our range of products encompasses of Trimming dies, Press tools, Die-casting dies, Precision Machined
parts/componants, Jigs, Hydraulic fixtures, Special Purpose Tools etc. Tooling which are made as per the standard
laid by the industry .They cater to the needs of the different clients and help us in achieving our business

About Team Members
All the Team Members are well qualified as Mechanical Engineers with sound knowledge of programming
& operating of computerized machines like Vertical machining Centre, CNC turning, WEDM & EDM machine & all
conventional machines & their machining process, etc.
Also having costly CAM software like WorkNC for the any profile machining. Also having thoroughly
knowledge of designing of press tools, gauges, Die casting dies, machining of small and precision components.
All the members are expertise in related field from more than 10 years of actual working experience in
Tool room; CAM and Design .All have worked in reputed companies like Grind master machines pvt. Ltd.,
Aurangabad Electricals ltd, Hindalco industries ltd etc. Also having additional knowledge of ISO process, ISO
documentation, kizen, 5S etc.
