DIH Framework
The DIH Framework (Dismantle, Insulate, Harden)
A model to fight against Fifth generation warfare threats, that empowers sovereignty
Purpose:
It is a practical strategy, that is action-based, for sovereign states to resist and recover
from all sorts of threats to their nations — including (but not limited to) economic
constraint, cyber intervention and institutional manipulation. The framework addresses
independency of economy, sovereignty in the digital space and internal strength of a
nation.
Clauses:
Clause 1: Dismantle Foreign Economic Dependency:
1. Member states are encouraged to:
a. Reduce reliance on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World
Bank.
b. Restructure their existing external debt by engaging in bilateral
agreements or regional financing blocs such as AIIB, NDB and ACU
Clause 2: Insulate National Economies from External Sabotage:
1. Member states are urged to:
a. Empower existing multilateral payment systems that operate
independently of politically biased networks such as SWIFT. These
include:
i. INSTEX (Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges)
ii. Asian Clearing Union (ACU)
iii. African Trade and Settlement Platforms under ECOSOC
b. Strengthen regional trade blocs such as BRICS and ASEAN, ensuring
trade and economic growth are free from biased forceful measures.
Clause 3: Harden Domestic Resilience and Technological Sovereignty:
1. Member States are recommended to:
a. Expand domestic potential in data agriculture, manufacturing, AI, and
cybersecurity by leveraging strategic support from states such as:
i. The People’s Republic of China, which is allocating 2.4% of its GDP
to technological advancement and has pledged aid for partner
development
ii. The Russian Federation as a resource contributor in technology
sharing and joint infrastructure initiatives
b. Establish full state control over national data networks and digital
architecture, ensuring independence from foreign surveillance ecosystems
Synopsis:
The DIH framework is a strategic model developed to help sovereign nations protect
themselves from threats to their sovereignty, including economic pressure and cyber
interference. It promotes national independence by encouraging self-reliance, regional
cooperation and resistance to external control. The framework offers a peaceful,
realistic path for nations to strengthen their internal foundations and protect their
sovereignty.
