Dear Mayor Mai,

Greetings, and my heartfelt congratulations on your recent election as Municipal Mayor of


Impasugong!

I am April Grace G. Tomlay, a resident of Zone 5, Poblacion, Impasugong, Bukidnon. I am


writing to express my sincere interest in joining your administration and serving our municipality
in any capacity where I may be of help.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial


Management, and I recently passed the Career Service Professional Examination last
October 2024, making me eligible for first-level and second-level positions in the government
service. I also have relevant work experience as an Assistant Supervisor at MR. DIY, where I
developed skills in operations management, inventory control, customer service, and team
supervision.

With my educational background, civil service eligibility, and professional experience, I am


eager to contribute to the efficient and people-centered delivery of public service in our local
government. It would be an honor to work under your leadership and be part of your initiatives to
bring meaningful progress to Impasugong.

Attached are my résumé and pertinent documents for your kind review. I am hoping for an
opportunity to further discuss how I can be of service to our community.
