Rohini Sector-18, Delhi – 110089, am pleased to present my application for a single-entry
Schengen visa to visit Switzerland for tourism. This will be my first trip to Switzerland, and I
am eager to explore its cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Purpose of Visit:
I have always had a deep passion for travelling and discovering new cultures, and visiting
Switzerland has long been on my personal bucket list. This trip is especially meaningful to me
as it represents an opportunity to immerse myself in the country’s breathtaking natural
landscapes, explore its world-renowned cities and villages, taste authentic Swiss cuisine, and
experience the unique blend of tradition and modernity that defines its cultural heritage. For me,
this journey is not just about sightseeing—it is about fulfilling a long-cherished dream of
experiencing Switzerland in its true essence.
Work and Family Obligations:
I was born in India and have always lived here with my mother, who is dependent on me. We
have been residing in our family-owned home in Delhi, which reflects my long-standing and
permanent roots in the country. Professionally, I am employed as an Executive Officer at
Sunflag Iron & Steel, where I have been working since June 2023. I am entrusted with
important projects and responsibilities that require my direct involvement, and I will be resuming
these duties immediately upon my return. My employer has formally approved my leave and
issued a No Objection Certificate, confirming that the company has no objection to my travel
during this period.
My strong family commitments, permanent residence, and ongoing professional obligations
firmly anchor me to India and ensure my clear intention to return after completing my short visit
to Switzerland.
I will be travelling from Delhi to Zurich on 24th September 2025 and returning from Zurich to
Delhi on 30th September 2025. My planned itinerary is as follows:

I have sufficient financial resources to fully support my Switzerland trip. My financial backing

● HDFC Credit Card: Available credit of INR 1,09,659 ≈ CHF 1,006
In total, I hold approximately CHF 3,286 in liquid funds and credit support. All expenses—travel,
accommodation, daily needs, and other personal costs—will be covered by me. I have enclosed
