4 Key Steps
To Create a Vision for Your Life
STEP ONE: Self Assessment:You have to start thinking about what you want to get out of your
life, and what does that experience look like? what do you want: be, do, have and feel? To
answer these question some self assessment is necessary. We really have to look at ourselves
and where we are now, to know what needs to change, be improved or created. But mostly
you have to dream big with no limits to get to the true essence of how you truly want to live.
STEP [Link] Mindfulness: Our mindset has to be in the right place to achieve the
vision we create for ourselves and our life. We don’t want to put limitations on our vision due
to negative programming. Understanding how our mind works and supporting our mental
health is the only way we can see our vision through to the end.
STEP THREE: WRITE IT: To feel truly satisfied everything in our lives needs to be working
together in harmony. There are seven major elements that create a truly fulfilled life
according to psychology studies. We are going to create a vision for these seven areas to
make sure all those elements are working with each other and not against each other. This
will ensure that you have satisfaction in all areas of your life and not just some.
Are you struggling to find the right path and just seem like

Bringing Your Vision to Life
Review
We going start this week like last time reviewing & discuss your
experience. Where going discuss how did you do exercises over the last
week.
What did you learned about yourself from your journal writing?
How to create your vision
Today you are going to continue Creating Your Vision but refining the
focus even more and how to use it. Today we will be going deeper and
I will talking about the four major elements of a vision and we will be
choosing 7 life categories that you will like to concentrate on to start
bringing to reality and make your virtual vision board out of it.
How to Create your Vision
This space gives you time to be quiet and check in with yourself, and see how you're living.
Making sure the things you are doing are taking you where you want to go, and that you are
living the way you want to live.
We get caught up in the doing. We can't see anything when we are in survival mode and
that is not a state we can sustain in the long term. We can find ourselves sacrificing our
happiness to maintain a life we don’t even know is the life we want.
Most all it will keep you from making choices for life when we are tired, exhausted, stressed,
confused, or in doubt.
So how can we start ? The first step is learning how to get still and grounded.
When we are ungrounded and our minds have us chasing our tails. Feeling restless and
stressed. We have to get grounded enough to sit still long enough to create and use the
space to see if what we are doing is getting us to the place we want to go and living what we
want to live.
You have to get your feet to the ground so you can start to feel secure and safe in yourself
and not scared, nervous, confused and unsure.
In this course we will also be learning about visual imagery (visualisation ) and when we are
trying to nurture our imagination and open our mind and creativity we have to have space
and be in the right frame of mind to do that relaxed and grounded.
How to Create your Vision
Deep Breathing
Deep Breathing
Now that you have the information I would like to show how it works.
We will start with breathing exercise :
This is a basic exercise that you can do anytime you need to get
grounded, relaxed or to relieve stress.
Breathe out through pursed lips as if you were whistling. Feel the
hand on your belly go in, and use it to push all the air out.
We are going to do this breathing technique 10 times. Take your time with each
breath. I would like you to notice how you feel at the end of the exercise.
How to Create your Vision
Meditation
Now that you have the information I would like to show how it works.
We will start with breathing exercise :
We are going to start with 5 min meditation. I will show you how to do
concentration meditation.
to choose a word that you like a lot that makes you feel good for ex.(
such as peace, love, happiness, money or God ) or you can simply
follow your breath. Now, I am having you do this because this will
help you stay in the present [Link] goal is to have you
concentrate so you don’t attach to any other thoughts. The goal is
that you allow your thoughts to come and go and not attach to
them and creat a story around one the. So if you have your word or
you decided just to concentrate on your breath.
Let's get started. I would like you to take 3 deep breaths, make sure
you are sitting comfortably, back straight, shoulder back and we
will take 5 mins to meditate together.
How to Create your Vision
What is Visualization?
What is visualization? Visualization or mental imagery is a process that occurs when mental
images are created purposefully. The eyes can be open or closed. Visualization simulates or
recreates visual perception, in order to maintain, observe, analyze, and transform those images,
which help with modifying their associated emotions or feelings, with the objective to
experience a consequential benefit physiological, psychological, or social effects for example
(alleviating psychological pain including anxiety, sadness, and low mood, improving self-
esteem or self-confidence, and enhancing the capacity to cope when interacting with others
and difficult situations.
These images often begin with an actual experience, which develops knowledge about a
subject or a situation.
As a creative process, visualization links experience and imagination within all forms of
communication: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. It is often referred to as mental
imagery, mental pictures, or simply making pictures in your head.
The first recorded reference was by Marcus Tullius Cicero 48 BC and then again in c1387 it was
referenced as the mind's eye where it describes how the eyes of the mind are more easily
directed to those objects which we have seen, than to those which we have only heard.
It has been used to improve teaching, learning, speaking, problem solving and improving
physical ability in sports, military, companies and by influential leaders all around the world.
There are broad scientific studies on its effectiveness and ability to improve people’s lives.
There are over a 100 references about vision in the bible. Its use and value can be found
everywhere in all professions.
Visualization is a strategy and a skill, not an end of itself, which can enhance reasoning and
thinking. Arnheim (1969,) states, “
Thinking calls for images and images contain thought.”-In the words of Aristotle, “the soul never thinks without an image.” By
using visualization, writers create text that effectively conveys their thoughts.
Lesson Two
Start Creating Your Vision
It Start to Focus : Support Yourself
How visualisation helps train our mind :
Your mind decides what you magnify. You have to be aware what it
sees and is expose yourself to. Creating an environment that enables
your to stay focused because it steers your emotions
How to create your vision
.
You have to make the decision to manage your mind!
Visualisation Practice
Next week we will be looking deeper into visualisation and how it can help to train the
work for us and not against us.
I would like to try our first visualisation practice together and this is the visualization that
you will do all week for only 2-5 mins not more.
Every morning I would like you to set an Intention for how you want your day to be.
For example: Intend to be calm and patience today, I intend to have the best day possible.
So in this visualization I want to set an intention for the kind of day you would like to have
tomorrow.
Now are going to visualize again and now your day tomorrow: we will take 2 minsNow you
will do these two visualizations all [Link] you have a problem visualize a solution and
everyday before you get out the bed set intention for the day and visualize you having that
day.
Today I would like you to download your vision journal and to write down your
visualizations and your feelings and also your daily intentions. We will be going more
deeply into visualization, Intentions, affirmations and the power of writing your vision
Lesson Two
Start Creating Your Vision
It Start to Focus : Purposeful Visulaization
How visualisation helps us tap into ourselves our conscious and subconscious to
know are needs and train our mind :
Using the filter in your mind to train your focus (RAS system) reticular activating
system
Gives you the chance to virtually feel how you feel in different situations
You decides what your mind magnify. Do you want to magnify the good or the bad? For
the mind it makes no difference. It will create the worse situations possible if if you like. If
you want more possibilities you need to train your mind to look for them. If you focus on
How to create your vision
what you don't have, it will just keep adding to that. You are the boss it will do whatever
you tell it. It is up to you to decided.
You have to be aware what it sees and it is exposed to. We have to create an environment
that enables you to stay focused because your thoughts steers your emotions.
So do you want to feel good, satisfied, moving forward or confused, anxious, stressed, lost
and have no idea of your possibilities? Your mind will help you create whatever you want.
.
You have to make the decision to manage your mind!
You have to identify your focus on it. The purpose of your mind is to gather data. What it
will filter is up to you. It will do whatever job you give it. You have to direct its focus. You
have to picture the life you want to birth and focus! Anything you can sustain in your
imagination you can create and do.
You can only do the things you see. At first maybe you see it in your mind through
imagination or memory. Time of training is important

The process that you have been going through has been to help you get
a clearer vision of what you want, and why you want it. It was to show
how your focus affects how we see your life, determines how we feel and
our actions. Having the right focus, living intentionally, and taking
actions that support your intentions. Today we are going deeper into
making that vision clearer, and making your focus stronger. Where we
going to be using your Create Your Vision workbook.
We are going talk about why it is important to the know vision and
not necessarily the how. We will see how the " how " becomes
apparent through the process.
How to fall in love with the process instead of being fixated on the
outcome.

Refining Your Vision: What do you want to BE, DO, HAVE, and
FEEL?
To create your vision we have to start breaking it down into small digestible
steps.
We are going to look at what you want be, do, have, and feel in the major
categories in your life that you choose from the list last week.
Before we get started on that, I need to break down more why answering
these question are important.
To get our vision we have to know the kind of person we need to be to get
[Link] have to know what needs to be done to get there, What will we have
from all the things we are doing, What feelings are we hoping these things
will give us?
I show you an example of this by sharing with you a part of one my visions of
moving to the South of France.

Refining your Vision
You don't want your dream to show up before you're ready to receive it
because it can all fall apart.
How to create your vision
Through these books I feel in love with the South of France. It was like I
could feel myself there. Something calling me. I love olive trees they
symbolise so many things: strength, patience ,fruit a constant reminder of
the flow life or at least the one I wanted to have.
In these books her dream didn't happen over night, there was the
rose color glasses stage, the reality stay, the struggle, the waiting,
the striving and then a new life birthed. There were struggles,
doubts, challenges, financial ups and down, cultural difficulties,
love up and downs and the challenges of working independently.
She open the window to what it takes to realise a dream, and I
thank for that. I showed that a creating what you want it possible
but you have to be open to process, roll with storms instead of
Lesson Three
Refining your Vision
I first had look at what kind of people arrive to have this lifestyle what
kind of person do you need to be? What to do they do? What do
they have in return? What feeling does it give to your life?
My process was answering these questions. It those questions that
kept me moving forward to look at the big picture and all the steps.
And I grew through this process. I learned how to embrace the
obstacles. I understood that were not there as signs foe me to quit
but to push and grow. It showed me how to know difference
between damage and challenge. I learn how to eliminating
resistance. By flowing with the process. That help me to be someone

who created a mobile career that can grow. I learned how to really
manage myself and my time to have enough energy to run two
households, be an entrepreneur, wife, mother, and still have time to
enjoy and take take care of myself.
So today you are going to be answer that question for the major
areas of your life.
Who have to be?What do have to do?What would you like to have?
But mostly how is all that going to make you feel about your life?
To get there you have to follow your vision
So I want to start with the wheel of life that you did last week. I
would like everyone to pick a category that you feel needs the most

Lesson Two
Start Creating Your Vision
It Start to Focus : Support Yourself
Writing intentions helps us to set a very clear purpose for our visualisation.
An intention can help you define how you want to be, live, and show up in
your day-to-day life. It is there to help you align with the new belief
systems you are trying to create. By definition, an intention is an aim, plan
or a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action
or actions in the future.
There are three mental practices that prime the brain for change. We
covered the first two:visualisation and affirmation. The last one is intention.
The course of our lives is shaped by our intentions, which spring from our desires. But an Intention is not
a goal. We have to release all attachments and expectations we have when making an intention. An
intention is used to align us with what we want in our lives. It’s an aim, a purpose, or attitude that we
would like to adopt. Our intentions influence our actions. Positive intentions normally produce positive
actions, which produce positive results. Which is what we are aiming for! f you start the day visualising
the life you want as if it were real today, followed by reciting positive affirmations and then reinforcing
your affirmations with intentions, you will eventually start acting on those intentions.
Lesson Two
Start Creating Your Vision
It Start to Focus : Support Yourself
Affirmations :
The best way to make your creative visualisation more powerful is to use some form
of written affirmation. Affirmations are one of the most
important elements of creative visualisation. By definition, an affirmation is the
action or process of affirming something with emotional support
or encouragement. It is a positive statement that something is already a reality.
Affirmations are important for that emotional support of our feelings during our
visualisations.
Make Your Affirmations for Yourself. Affirmations aid you, not other people.
Your Vision Journal will give you a space to record the insights
that came out of your visualisations. Oftentimes, something that was
unclear before becomes clear. Here, you can record your epiphanies,
‘ah-ha’ moments, and solutions to challenges you found.
Perhaps the steps of action materialised out of your visualisation. I
strongly encourage you to begin keeping a record of these! We all
know we have those great ideas, but if we don’t write them down as
quickly as possible, we end up banging our heads trying to
remember what they
were again. AND there is nothing more frustrating than losing a
good idea!

Time management:
To get to our vision and to have space to create the new things we
want to live. Which your time is the most valuable thing you have and
managing it will be essential to getting you where you want to go. Time
is the only thing that can't be replaced or bought. Once it gone there is
no getting it back or making more.
