If one has no influence, one will never be able to lead others.

True leadership cannot be bestowed, appointed, or assigned. Only

It refers that there are 5 very common myths about leadership:

1. The myth of management. To assume that leading and managing are the same.

The best way to test if a person is a leader rather than a manager is

synonym of leadership.

4. The myth of the precursor. To assume that being the first is being the leader.
To be a leader, a person must not only lead from the front, but also have people.

Who is a true Leader?

When it comes to identifying a leader, do not listen to the claims of the


person, instead of that, observe the reactions of the people around you that
Surround that person. The test of leadership is found in the followers.

Leadership is...

-Character. Who they are, their inner self.

Relationships. To those who know, only a leader is someone who has followers and that
requires deep relationships, the deeper they are, the stronger the potential
for leadership.

Knowledge. What they know, information is vital, they need to know the facts,
the factors, having a vision for the future.

Intuition, what they feel, the ability to manage many intangible things.

-Experience, where they have been, the bigger challenges they have faced,
there will be higher chances for the followers to give it a chance.

–Past successes, what they have done, nothing convinces better than a good track record.

Capacity, what they can do, the basics for the followers is what the leader
he is able to do, that is why they listen to him.

"He who considers himself a leader and has no followers is just giving a
walk. If you cannot influence others, they will not follow you. And if they do not
They follow you, you are not a leader. This is the Law of Influence.
