ELECTRONIC TICKET
Customers can carry only 1 piece of hand baggage weighing 7 kg in Economy Class, 10 kg in Premium Economy and 12 kg in
Business Class, for travel within and outside India.
Excess Baggage:
For travel within India:
Economy Lite customers carrying additional pieces will be charged INR 2,000 (handling charges, inclusive of taxes) per piece at the
airport.
If additional weight is being carried, customers will be charged INR 600 per kg (inclusive of taxes), irrespective of the fare selected.
Customers can also pre-purchase excess baggage online (only additional weight over and above the allowance) at concessional rates
up to 6 hours before departure and at non-discounted rates up to 60 minutes before departure from the website and mobile app. Read

For travel outside India:
Customers exceeding the baggage allowance will be charged USD 15 per kg at the airport as excess baggage fee or the equivalent
amount in the local currency. Customers may also purchase excess baggage online at up to 30% discount through the 'Manage My
Booking' section.
For London, Frankfurt and Paris: If additional weight is being carried (between 23-32kg); customers will be charged USD 100,
irrespective of the cabin class and fare selected. For additional pieces, customers will be charged USD 220 per piece.
For Mauritius: Any extra piece of baggage over and above the free baggage allowance would be charged at USD 175 per piece
(maximum weight: 32kg) for customers travelling in Business Class, and at USD 175 per piece (maximum weight: 23kg) for customers
travelling in Economy and Premium Economy.
For customers travelling from Jeddah and Dammam, the permitted baggage allowance is inclusive of 5 litres of zam zam holy water.
