The humble petition of LWIGI LIVINGSTONE (SON), NAMULONDO BETTY


(WIDOW), BABIRYE JOAN (DAUGHTER) AND KIRYA SAMUEL
(BROTHER) TO THE DECEASED of Isiri Village, Kitanaba Parish, Buwenge
Sub-County, Jinja District showeth;-
1. That the petitioners are adult persons of sound minds and a citizens of Uganda.
2. That the LATE KALEMA PAUL (Hereinafter referred to as the deceased) died intestate
on the 12th day of July, 2021 at ………….. (Place).
3. That the deceased at the time of his/her death left the following children namely: -
a) Muto Esther
b) Nambeko Viola
c) Baawala Ivan
d) Kalema Diana
e) Bawalana Danton
f) Namulondo Doreen
g) Muzira Dauglous
h) Kalema Kelly
i) Nabirye Agatha
j) Naigaga Jane
k) Nabirye Joan
l) Musubika patricia
m) Kwana Shamina
n) Lwigi ivan
4. That the deceased did not leave a will.
5. The deceased by the time of his/her death left the following property: -
a. 2 untitled pieces of land of land one at Isiri Village, Kitanaba Parish,
Buwenge Sub-County, Jinja District and the other at Buwenge town
council Jinja District, and two plots of land one at Busiiya and the
other at Kyenda all in Jinja district.
b. That the petitioner believes that the approximate value of the
property likely to come into her/his hands is estimated at Shs
48,000,000 (Shillings Forty-Eight Million only).
6. That the deceased at the time of his/her death had a fixed place of abode at Isiri Village,
Kitanaba Parish, Buwenge Sub-County, Jinja District
7. That the petitioners pray to this Honourable court that pursuant to the provisions of the
Succession Act, the Letters of Administration to the Estate of the said deceased be issued to the
petitioners.
8. That whatever is have stated herein above is true and correct to the petitioners’ knowledge and
belief.
