IV.​ Rationale: Project Hiraya is a leadership
development program derived from the
Filipino term “hiraya”, meaning "the
fruit of one’s dreams and aspirations." It
aims to create a structured and
inspiring environment for
student-leaders to harness their innate
leadership capabilities and align them
with the core values of service,
excellence, and collaboration.​
To produce high-quality leaders and
form bonds with our clubs and
organizations, the SSLG deems it fit to
conduct a leadership forum and
seminar for the constituent members of
the Coordinating Council and One
SSLG Silang Alliance to sharpen and
hone their leadership skills in
preparation for the incoming school
year.
V.​ Project Objectives: The objectives of this project are to:
1.​ To nurture the formative values,
attitudes, and traits of the
student leaders to become
authentic and well-rounded
individuals imbued with a strong
sense of upholding the core
values of Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao,

on leadership frameworks,
public speaking,
decision-making, conflict
resolution, and team
management.

experienced leaders and
advocates through keynote talks
and forums to broaden their
perspectives and aspirations.
4.​ To create a platform for
student-leaders from various
sectors to interact, share
insights, and collaborate on
action plans.
5.​ To guide participants in crafting
feasible student-led projects or
initiatives that address real-life
concerns within the school and
local community.

VII.​ Project Guidelines:
Renewal of Forms:
1.​ Clubs that are registered are
officially members of the
leadership forum and shall be
invited to attend the event.
Implementation:
1.​ The training shall be
conducted face-to-face
whenever a program requires
it.
Waiver of Parents:
1.​ The organizers should obtain
a written waiver from the
parents or guardians of
participants, acknowledging
the voluntary nature of
attending the said project
and absolving the organizers
of any liability for injury, loss,
or damage to property.
2.​ The waiver should clearly
state the terms and
conditions of participation,
including the dress code and
safety guidelines.
Attire of Participants:​
1.​ Participants should dress
modestly and under the dress
code specified by the
organizers.
2.​ Clothing that may be
offensive or disruptive to the
learning environment should
be avoided.
3.​ Shoes should be worn at all
times, and appropriate
footwear should be chosen
depending on the activity.

1.​ The organizers should ensure
that the venue is safe and
secure for participants.
2.​ Adequate lighting,
ventilation, and space should
be provided.
3.​ Emergency exits should be
marked and accessible at all
times.
4.​ Security personnel should be
present if necessary.
First-Aid Kit:
1.​ The organizers should
provide a first-aid kit at the
venue.
2.​ The kit should contain basic
supplies such as bandages,
antiseptic solution, and pain
relievers.
3.​ The kit should be easily
accessible and kept in a
visible location.
4.​ A designated person should
be trained in first-aid
procedures and be
responsible for administering
first aid if needed.
