Screen’s and Process Flow
Overview
➢ GateKeeper App would focus on below main criteria’s :
➢ Visitor Management in an Apartment,
➢ Communication mode between tenants/owners and Facility management for
an apartment.
➢ Mode of announcements for an apartment – A sort of Notice board.
➢ Parking access control through registered number plate recognition.
➢ Amenities booking.
➢ App would be in IOS/Android.
➢ App would have three versions
➢ One for Apartment tenants and Visitors
➢ One for Facility management team (Security, HK, etc).
➢ Dashboard/Admin console.
➢ App would be launched in UAE with focus on Abu Dhabi.
➢ App would be in English and Arabic.

Welcome Screen can be a logo flash first Log In Screen- Since its new here so we Log In Via Number or Email ID.
and then this welcoming animated need to get them first register through
screen can pop up. Email or Number.

▪ We need to configure the society screen
based on each Apartments specification.
▪ Some of the Apartments have Tower A,B,
etc some have numbers.
▪ Lets say for current example we would use
my Apartment in Abu Dhabi and Design it
accordingly.
▪ City Name – Abu Dhabi
▪ Area – Al Maryah Island
▪ Apartment name – Leaf tower
▪ No separate Towers
▪ Total Floors – 60
▪ Residential Start from 7th Floor onwards
and in the order of 0701-0730 in each
floors
▪ My flat number is 1716 (17th Floor 16
apartment in that floor).
▪ But this is an information we need to
customise for every apartment.

▪ Once the details have been fed, it goes
for an approval with the Facility
Management company.
▪ Now as a process what is followed in
UAE is when you sign for a tenancy
agreement all details goes to Facility
management through a Govt App
named as TAMM.
▪ Basically at the same time when they
are handing over the keys this needs to
be approved by the facility management
for the primary applicant (In whose name
is the Tenant Agreement is).

Flat Details
KA – This shows my details, my Mygate ID, my family tagged under the flat, my vehicle
tagged under the Flat.
Place for Ad
This is for the regular visitors who are mapped to your flat and come daily such as Maid,
Driver, Help etc. They have unique My Gate ID which is used to check in and Check Out
from the society. Once Check in is done, all the flats where they have been tagged gets a
notification.
We need icons on Helpdesk, Amenities booking, Ask Society Rent a Parking, Notices,
Directory
Running page which would have feed from any post made for apartment, such as feeds
from Notices, Ask Society should come here.
Once Approval comes this would be the
Home Screen. (Mygate India- We need to
simply this).

Once you click this tab it has two logs
▪ One who are tagged into my apartment
whose daily entry and exit Notifications
are received by each flat to which they
are tagged in.
▪ Second one, are those whose entry and
exit comes as notification for approval.
▪ Example Swiggy , Amazon, other
delivery apps pops up as notification for
approval.

and we can form group.

Pets, Sports, Yoga, New Parents, Clinical
Help, Sale and Buy, Flat Buy/Sale, Sale and
Buy, others can be added.
➢ It would act like a Facebook group kind of
model where each person depending upon
their interest would add themselves.
➢ It would be a community and people can
post about their interest in that group and
this particular groups would come as
notifications such as what we get for
Whatsapp groups.
