texture to the foods you already like to eat and are gradually introduced and
regularly. Here are some examples of food chains:

Steps to create your own food chains

STEP 1: List 10 foods that you really enjoy eating. If possible, try
choose at least one food you like from each food group: grains
(e.g. bread, pasta, cereals, cookies), proteins (e.g. eggs, meat, beans, soy)
dairy products (for example, milk, yogurt, cheese, soy milk), fruits (for example,
apple, strawberry), vegetables (e.g. carrot, tomato) and fats (e.g. butter of
peanut, nuts, butter.
