Please Note
1.Applicants are requested to ensure that the details on the appointment letter and Online application form should
be as per the passport only. You will not be able to edit the details after submitting the form. We regret to inform
you that the application center will not accept the application if the applicant’s details do not match with the passport
and you will be requested to book the new appointment with correct details.
2.Please note the fee is not refundable once it is paid.
3.Please note, it may take more than the prescribed time mentioned on your Appointment letter while submitting
your Visa Application at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre.
4.Applicants will be issued with a token number at the Application Centre and will be attended as per the token
number assigned.
5.The waiting time at Application Center depends on the number of applications submitted at the counter by an
individual.
6.Please be available at the Visa Application Center (VAC) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time in
your Appointment letter.
7.Kindly refer to the checklist and carry documents as per requirements on the appointment date & time.
8.Due to security regulations, we don't permit Laptop, USB, Tablets, CD, Helmet and bags, and there is no storage
space provided at our centre. Kindly make your own arrangements for safekeeping of your valuables. Please refer
to Security Rules in BLS Website https://india.blsspainglobal.com/Global/bls/securityrules for more information.
9.If the applicant is a first time traveler, biometric is mandatory and he/she needs to be present in person at the
centre. Accompanying applicants will not be allowed to the centre except when accompanying children, differently
abled or who need wheelchair assistance.
10.If you miss to turn up at our centre at the appointed date and time, BLS does not guarantee for a fresh
appointment. You may have to seek a fresh appointment as per the availability online.
11.FAMILY option to book appointment is only for the person having blood relation or any other family link between
them. Applicants will be required to present documents justifying those links. Appointments booked by other person
under this option will STRICTLY NOT be accepted.
