Course
Description
During
this
interactive
training
course
you
will
perform
scripting
functions
in
your
own
instance;
a
safe
sandbox,
to
perform
configuration
tasks
in
a
ServiceNow
instance
and
become
comfortable
with
both
client
side
and
server
side
scripting,
including
UI
Policies,
Business
Rules
and
best
practices
for
usage
of
each.
We
weave
a
scenario
throughout
our
course
to
present
real
world,
relevant
lab
exercises.
The
class
features
lecture
and
group
discussions,
as
well
extensive
hands-on
practice
and
reinforcement
delivered
in
a
wide
variety
of
labs
and
tech
talks.
Who
Should
Attend
This
course
is
targeted
for
System
Administrators
with
at
least
3-6
months
of
experience
on
ServiceNow
and
basic
knowledge
of
JavaScript.
Prerequisites
Students
attending
this
course
should
have
some
familiarity
with
JavaScript
and
have
reviewed
the
JavaScript
