my original documents. I understand that I am required to visit Application Service Center for Biometrical collection, liable to notify
Globus X Voyage Inc. of any address change in the US, provide additional documents if requested by Immigration Department, should I
fail to do so, it may result in processing delay or case denial. I understand that all fees below paid to Globus X Voyage Inc. and
Department of Homeland Security are not refundable, fees paid to Globus X Voyage Inc. are for filing and application preparation only
and do not include any legal services such as legal consultations and representations. I release Globus X Voyage Inc from liability and
waive my rights to sue. Non-Immigrant status categories of B2, F1, F2 are not allowed to engage in unauthorized employment. (F1 see
