LIVING TEETH
Our teeth are alive, that's why we must take care of them and we must treat them.

You should brush your teeth thoroughly after every meal (at least the
morning and evening) for 3 minutes.
You must go to the dentist at least once a year, because even if you don't have
toothache, you may have small cavities.

CAVITIES

A cavity is a small hole in the tooth, caused by the attack of microbes. If this hole reaches
the sensitive part of the tooth (the nerve), there is a very strong pain.
Cavities damage teeth and are caused by food, including sugar, which

GOOD EATING HABITS

To avoid cavities, you must adopt good habits:
