ACTIVITY 2 Commercial Legislation
INTRODUCTION
The following work will address concepts of law and commerce, the applicability of the law.
commercial, the sources and principles of commercial law, topics that are considered
important and serve as a basis to delve deeper into the topic of commercial acts
and non-commercial, it is understood as commercial acts, economic activity that the law has
considered as a commercial act. The economy and society develop through

Commerce. Commercial law is part of private law and includes all the
rules related to merchants regarding the development of their work.

We can see decree 410 of 1970 which relates to the commercial code established in
