COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A detailed study of the various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms,


other allied laws, rules, and international laws, rules, and conventions.

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes (ELGAs)

(a) To know and understand the different ADR mechanisms existing under
Philippine Law and the different international convention applicable to ADR; (b)
To know the applicable rules to a specific ADR mechanism; (c) To know the core
principles of ADR.
