INSTRUCTIONS: PHYSICAL FITNESS PLAN (FITT Principle)
This activity will help you create a personalized fitness plan using the FITT Principle and
demonstrate your commitment by recording a short video of you performing your plan. Follow
the steps below carefully.
STEP 1: Set Your Fitness Goal
Think about what you want to achieve. Examples:
Improve endurance
Build muscle
Lose weight
Increase flexibility
Write your goal in the space provided.
STEP 2: Fill Out the FITT Table
Use the FITT principle to describe your plan:

STEP 5: Combine Your Videos
📽️Final Video Requirements:
Combine all 7 daily clips into one video file.
Add a title screen with your name and fitness goal (optional).
You may use free apps like CapCut, InShot, VivaVideo, or iMovie to edit.
Keep the final video between 3–10 minutes.
