MPCH Master Bushing for National, Oilwell & EMSCO Rotary Table

Spectrum Drilling Tools International specializes in manufacturing Rotary
Bushings, confirming API-7K specifications. Our MPCH Master Bushings are Hinge Pin Removable
designed for rotary tables sized 37.1/2" to 49.1/2".
Bare Body
The MPCH is a pin-driven hinged Master Bushing. The Master Bushing can be
configured to fit in Rotary Tables of various manufacturers and configurations on Master Bushing for National RT
Model: SDTIMB 3750
special request. The MPCH will be delivered based on customer order. With the Figure No. 1
help of Insert Bowls, it is capable of handling Drill Collar, Tubing, and Casing
ranging from 2.3/8” to 13.3/8”. The standard delivery with Insert Bowl No.3 is
recommended by Spectrum Drilling Tools, while the optional Insert Bowl No.1
and No.2 are designed to enhance the pipe, Drill Collar, Tubing, and casing
handling range.

Master Bushing is supplied along with the following :


Lifting Slings: Chain Type with four hooks for Master Bushing & Two hooks for Master Bushing for Oilwell RT
Bowl for lifting purposes. Model: SDTIMB 3750-SQ
Figure No. 2
Bit Breaker Adapter Plate: For makeup and breakup of bits.
Insert Bowls: Bowls No. 1, 2 & 3 to handle different sizes of tubular.
