🌞 Morning Routine

1. Cleanse gently

o Mix 1 tsp raw honey + a few drops of rose water.

o Massage for 1 minute, rinse with lukewarm water.

→ Honey hydrates and brightens without stripping oils.

2. Natural brightening treatment

o Mix 1 tsp aloe vera gel + 1 tsp raw milk + a pinch of turmeric.

o Apply only on dark spots (or whole face if you like).

o Leave for 15 minutes, rinse off.

→ Aloe heals, milk gently exfoliates, turmeric evens skin tone.

3. Moisturize

o Use pure aloe vera gel, rosehip oil, or almond oil (just 2–3 drops).
→ These nourish and fade marks over time.

4. Sunscreen (essential)

o Use a mineral sunscreen SPF 30+ with zinc oxide.

o Even 10 minutes of unprotected sun exposure can darken spots again.

🌙 Night Routine

1. Cleanse

o Use plain raw milk or micellar water for dry skin.

2. Apply a natural night treatment

Choose one (alternate every few nights):

o Aloe vera gel + rosehip oil (1:1) → deeply hydrates & lightens spots.

o Potato juice + honey → enzymes reduce pigmentation while honey moisturizes.

o Mashed ripe papaya (once a week) → natural exfoliation & glow.

3. Seal with oil

o After it absorbs, pat a few drops of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil to lock in moisture
overnight.

🧴 Weekly Masks (2× per week)

1. Yogurt + Oats + Honey Mask

o 1 tbsp yogurt + 1 tbsp oat powder + 1 tsp honey

o Apply 15–20 min, rinse with cool water.
→ Gently exfoliates, brightens, and softens dry skin.

2. Turmeric + Aloe + Milk Mask

o 1 tsp aloe vera gel + 1 tsp milk + a pinch of turmeric

o Apply for 10–15 min, rinse off.

🥦 Diet & Lifestyle

 Eat foods rich in:

o Vitamin E → almonds, sunflower seeds, avocados

o Vitamin C → oranges, kiwi, amla, bell peppers

 Drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

 Sleep 7–8 hours — dark spots heal faster overnight.

 Avoid touching, picking, or scrubbing your skin.

What to Expect

✅ Week 1–2 → Softer, more hydrated skin

✅ Week 3 → Spots begin to fade slightly
✅ Week 4 → Noticeably lighter, more even tone
(Keep the routine going for at least 6–8 weeks for lasting results)
