I, Mrs. Krishna Prashanth Das, aged about 43 years, residing at A-


401, club view Co-Op Housing Society, Mira Bhayander Road, Near
GCC Club, Mira Road Fast Thane, Maharashtra - 401107, do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath as under:

1. That I, Krishna Prashanth Das get married to the Siddhant Ramnath


Thakur.

2. That Siddhant Ramnath Thakur son of Ramnath Thakur is my spouse.


3. That the Rina Devi w/o Ramnath Thakur i.e. the mother of my spouse
Siddhant Ramnath Thakur.

4. That I hereby confirm and Declared that Rina Devi is my mother-in-


law.
