Kabupaten setempat dengan masa berlaku 35 tahun dan bisa diperpanjang.

produktif atau memiliki nilai tambah, terutama dibidang agribisnis KKPA / Local People’s Private = 3.434 Hectare
pengembangan Perkebunan (refitalisasi). Legalitas adalah
Sertipikat Hak Milik (SHM) atas nama Masyarakat / Pemilik lahan Total area / Land Bank = 14.278 Hectare
yang berada diluar wilayah ijin lokasi.
Primary co-operation credit member (KKPA ) is the community's section Total Planting = 5.795 Hectare (41%)
of community's cooperation program (un obligatory) to support
productive efforts or to have added value, principally in the agricultural
field of plantation development (recitation ).Legality is a waiver of
property (shm ) in the name of the community / owner of land that is
outside the location permit area.
