FINAL WEDDING MC SCRIPT

A. PROCESSIONAL

Ladies and gentlemen, family and friends, a blessed and beautiful morning to everyone!
Today, we gather not only to witness a wedding… but to celebrate a love story that proves
fairytales can begin with real people—and no glass slippers required.

As we begin our ceremony, let us welcome the wonderful entourage who have played
special parts in the lives of our bride and groom.”

1.Assembly of Entourage (9:30–10:00

AM) (Arrange according to call of

order. )

2. Parade of Entourage (10:00–10:10 AM)

First, may we call in the solemnizing officer, and following him, the best man who
promised not to cry… but no guarantees.

Next, the groom—handsome, nervous, and hopefully very sure about today’s event.

Let’s welcome the principal sponsors, who bring wisdom, blessings, and of course…

envelopes. Secondary sponsors—our candle, cord, and veil bearers—each carrying

symbols of unity and love. Our lovely bridesmaids and charming groomsmen, who have

been looking fabulous since sunrise.

The ever-reliable maid throne of honor—best friend, sister by heart, keeper of secrets,
and sometimes keeper of receipts.

Let’s welcome the adorable ring bearer, the Bible bearer, and the flower girl who brings
sunshine with every step.

And now, the most important people in our couple’s lives—their

parents. Without them, none of us would be here… literally.

3. Grand Entrance of the Bride (10:10–10:20 AM)

Ladies and gentlemen…

may I request everyone to please rise.
Let us welcome the woman who brightens this day like no
other—the epitome of beauty, grace, and answered
prayers…
The Bride!!!!!

As the doors open and she walks down the aisle,

let this moment remind us that true
love, no matter how long the wait,
always arrives right on time.

Music: My Answered Prayer (Joshua and Eunice)

B. GIVING AWAY OF THE BRIDE (10:20–10:30 AM)

To the parents, thank you for raising two wonderful individuals whose paths have led
them to this altar.

Now, may I request you to lovingly present your daughter to be united with the man she

has chosen. This is a tender moment—a silent handing over of trust, love, and lifelong

blessings.

You will not lose a daughter, but rather gained a son…….

Not just a son…….but a son with blue eyes……. A beautiful gene!

Indeed! Imagine what their offsprings would look like……

C. OPENING PRAYER / REMARKS (10:30–10:35 AM)

And now, to formally open this heartwarming celebration, may we call on Pastor
Dodong Curit for the opening prayer.

D. SCRIPTURE READING (10:35–10:45 AM)**

Thank you, Pastor.

At this moment, we move to the Scripture Reading—words that guide, strengthen, and
inspire love.

So Pastor Dodong Curit will you please read Proverbs 13:12, Ephesians 5:22–29, and 1
Corinthians 13:4–7—the greatest love chapter of all time.

E. RING CEREMONY (10:45–11:00 AM)

And now, we move into one of the most heartfelt parts of the ceremony—the giving of
vows and the exchanging of rings.

1.Personal Vows – Bride and Groom

Introduction: Today, we witness not only a union of two hearts but the promises that will
shape the life you will build together.
These vows are the words that will anchor your marriage—words of love, loyalty,
respect, and lifelong devotion.
Bride and Groom have chosen to share their personal vows, written from
their hearts. And so, we begin.

2. Exchange of Rings
As the rings are exchanged, let them serve as reminders that married life has no
beginning and no
end—just continuous love, patience, and small arguments about food

delivery. Music: I Choose You

After the song:

May these promises be the foundation of your marriage,

and may your love continue to grow deeper, stronger, and more beautiful with each
passing day

F. LIGHTING OF THE UNITY CANDLE (11:00–11:05 AM)

As the bride and groom light the unity candle, may we witness how two lives, two
families, and two hearts become one.

May the flame burn bright and never be blown out—not by storms, not by challenges, and
definitely not by electric bills….

G. RENDERING OF VEIL AND CORD (11:05–11:15 AM)

Our lovely secondary sponsors will now place the veil and cord, symbolizing unity,
protection, and partnership.

This is also the moment to test if the groom can stay still for at least three

minutes. Music: Together (Audio)

H. EXHORTATION / SERMON (11:15–11:30 AM)

Pastor Curit will now share a message about love, commitment, and the beautiful journey
of marriage that our couple begins today.

I. PRAYER FOR THE COUPLE (11:30–11:35 AM)

Pastor Sosoban will now pray over the newly blessed couple.

J. REMOVAL OF VEIL & CORD / SIGNING OF CONTRACT (11:35–11:45 AM)

Secondary sponsors will now gently remove the veil and cord.
After which, the bride and groom—along with their witnesses—will sign the marriage

contract. This is the only time the couple will sign a document without reading the fine

print.

Music: Growing Old With You (Audio)

J. PRONOUNCEMENT OF THE NEWLY WED (11:45–11:50 AM)

Ladies and
gentlemen… for the
very first time… with
overflowing joy…
I present to you—
the newly married couple!
Please shower them with applause, prayers, and all the love you can give!

K. PHOTO SESSION (11:50 AM–12:15 PM)

Now that our newly married couple has been officially

presented… we will move into our photo-taking session.

We kindly ask everyone to remain seated for a smooth and organized

flow. Follow the instructions for groupings as we capture memories

worth framing.

L. RECESSIONAL (12:15–12:25 PM)

“As our lovely couple marches out, let this music remind us that love is a journey worth
celebrating every single day.”

Music: Wedding March (Audio)

M. RECEPTION (12:25 PM onward)

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second half of today’s

celebration—the part where we can finally relax, enjoy delicious
food,
and witness moments that are just as
meaningful… and sometimes more
entertaining…
than the ceremony itself.

1.LUNCH & TABLE PHOTOS

At this time, we invite everyone to enjoy the meal prepared with love just for
you. Please feel free to eat, enjoy, and talk to the people around you—
this is a family celebration, after all!

While lunch is ongoing, the bride and groom will be moving from table
to table to take photos with each group.
So, please prepare your Hollywood pose.

2. CASH GIVING

We now open the floor for cash gifts.

Your generosity today will not only bless the couple—
it also increases your chances of being the couple’s favorite guest.

3. DISTRIBUTION OF SOUVENIRS PER FAMILY

As a token of gratitude, the couple has prepared simple
souvenirs to thank each family for being part of their
journey.
Just a reminder: these souvenirs are not edible.
Please avoid taste-testing.

Note: Ate Marites and ushers and usherettes will be the one who’ll distribute them)

4. SPEECH BY THE COUPLE

Now, let’s hear from the stars of today

—our newly married couple.

They prepared a message straight from the heart…

and don’t worry, it’s guaranteed shorter than the
ceremony. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s give them our
warmest applause.

5. CUTTING OF THE CAKE

And now we come to the sweetest moment—

literally—the cutting of the wedding cake.

As we witness this, let it remind us that marriage is like cake:

sweet, layered, and best enjoyed when shared generously.

This moment will be accompanied by the beautiful violin

music of Jennrose D. Genita performing Be Still in the
Presence of the Lord.

6. GAME (for newly weds)

7. TRIBUTE TO PARENTS

At this moment, we pause to honor two sets of

people who made this day possible—
the parents of our bride and groom.

Your love, guidance, and sacrifices built the

foundation that helped these two stand strong
today.

Let this tribute be a reminder that even as the couple begins a new
chapter, they carry your love with them always.

8. MESSAGE TO THE COUPLE

We now invite special people chosen by the couple to share their heartfelt message,
advice, and blessings.
If possible, please make it sweet,
sincere… and slightly shorter than a
TED Talk.

9. GAME FOR THE BRIDESMAIDS (BOUQUET THROWING)

Ladies—single, talking stage, or ‘it’s
complicated’—this is your time.
Please gather in front for the traditional bouquet

throwing! (Do the bouquet toss.)

10.SPECIAL NUMBER BY THE GROOM

Now… prepare your hearts.

Our groom has prepared something special—
a performance dedicated to his beautiful bride.

This is not just a song or a number

—this is a promise, wrapped in
music.
Ladies and gentlemen, let’s give the groom a huge round of applause!”

11. FAREWELL / CLOSING REMARKS

As we come to the end of this joyful celebration,

the couple would like to thank each of you for being here today—
for your love, your prayers, and your presence that made this day truly complete.

May God bless your homes, your travels,

and may the joy of this wedding fill your hearts tonight.

Once again, congratulations to our newlyweds!

This has been your host—thank you, and have a wonderful day ahead!
