RECOMMENDATIONS

If MetLife will increase its benefits structure, the


sales of MetLife will increase by getting motivation
of monetary rewards.
By increasing opportunities of worked at new
projects given to employees they became more
completive so that satisfaction level was increased.
By taking survey of managers researcher found
manager had good leadership qualities, communicate
well with subordinates, effective leads the
department.
