SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT OF ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE (ADM)
MODULES

1. This has reference to Regional Memoranda No. 090 and 091,series 2020 on the
Development of Learning Resource and Survey on Alternative Learning Delivery Modes,
which calls on all teachers to develop inclusive/contextualized, competency based K
to 12 modules prioritizing First and Second Quarters that may be delivered through
online or offline modes.

1. All supervisors and school heads are requested to develop modules.

2. To guide the developers in writing and to facilitate the Quality Assurance of the
modules, a format is provided in accordance with BLR development standards and ADM
design as attachments in this memorandum:

1. In addition, an electronic Quality Assurance tool will be provided and be accessible in
each District Chat Groups which will be used by the School and Division QA team.

2. Submission to the Division Office of the developed modules which should be initially
quality assured by the school LR team and ADM coordinator, shall be from May 8 to
June 11,2020 through [email protected]

1. It is requested that PSDSs and EPSs should stay in close coordination with their districts
for the development of modules across all learning areas.

2. Three (3) days service credits will be given to teacher-developers as per DepEd Order
No. 53 s.2003. An additional two (2) days service credits will be given as the learning
resource passes the Division Quality Assurance. Thus, a teacher-developer can get as
much as 5 days service credits for one developed ADM and same will be granted for
succeeding outputs but not to exceed 15 days.

3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum is directed.

LR Module vs. ADM module
 LR modules and other forms have their own design and
format.
 It is primarily intended as support to classroom teaching
and as intervention materials especially to least learned
competencies.

 ADM module is intended for independent learning, thus, it


has more detailed parts.

standards of LRMDS.

illustration.
• s. Manually drawn-illustration shall be scanned in 300 to
600 dpi in actual size to capture all the details of the

Thinner lines shall be used for the frames than that of the

• u. Local pictures and artworks shall be validated and
