What is Cyber Bullying?
Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over digital
devices like cell phones, computers, and tablets.
Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps,
or online in social media, forums, or gaming where
people can view, participate in, or share content.
Cyberbullying is when a student use the internet, cell
phones, or other technological devices to send or post
text or images intended to hurt, embarrass, threaten,
torment, humiliate, or intimidate their victim.
Cyberbullying Tactics
Posting comments or rumors that are mean, hurtful,
or embarrassing.
Threatening to hurt someone or telling them to kill
themselves.
Posting a mean or hurtful picture or video.
Pretending to be someone else online or post
personal or false information about someone else.
Posting mean or hateful names, comments, or other
personal characteristics online.
Creating a mean or hurtful webpage about
someone.
Doxing
Who are Cyber Bullies?
Most Cyber bullying simply occurs because it’s
“cool”.
In most cases bullies make this act in order to
be accepted in a group of friends(gang)

cyberbullying
Sign out when you go on something else
NEVER respond or retaliate! Try to ignore it.
Stop, block and tell - don’t reply, block the sender, tell
someone.

you.
