Once you achieve the rank of Silver, you are considered a Leader with
Young Living. Leadership ranks qualify for a number of additional
payouts and resources to support continued growth.
In this presentation we will help you understand the qualifications
required for each Leadership rank as well as the additional payouts
received by ranks Silver and above.
WHAT TO EXPECT
By the end of this presentation, you will:
• Understand the Requirements for the ranks of Silver and Above
• Understand the additional payouts available to ranks Silver and
above
Rank Qualifications (Silver)
• -100 Personal Volume (PV) (Your own purchases)
• -2 legs Each with 4,000 Leg Volume
• NEW 1,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume)
• Total- 10,000 OGV (Organization Group Volume)
• At the rank of silver and above, PGV, which stands for Personal
Group Volume is an additional qualification.
When determining PGV, the rank of each member in an
organization is the key factor. For volume to count towards
your PGV, it must meet two criteria:
• Not be in one of your qualifying legs for Silver or higher
• Not be in a leg that is ranked as silver or higher.
