The Error:
Mid-Tribulation Rapture

Catching away of believers after the first


half of 70th week of Daniel’s Prophesy.
After the first Three and Half yrs of period.
The Error:
Pre-Wrath Rapture

The Saints would be just caught up before


the actual wrath of God being poured out
on the sinners.

After the Period of 7yrs of Tribulation the


saints would be caught up to be with the
Lord for ever.

The Word “Rapture” : not in Bible?


-From the Latin ‘raeptius’
-Greek Vb. ‘harpazo=caught up’ 1Thes4:17.
-rapio=seize, snatch away = rapture.
(many times in Latin vulgate Bible).
-harpazo = 14times in NT.
-in addition, found in 2Cor12:2,4; Rev12:5.
-its Latin based English word, Biblical.
Comparing
1Cor15:51-58 & 1Thes4:13-18
 Christ Coming in the Clouds Descending
- with a Shout
- with the Voice of an Archangel
- with the Trump of God

 A Trumpet Blast Occur


- First dead in Christ are Called
- Then those who are alive in Christ (last trump)

 The Dead in Christ Rise in to the Air


 Those who are alive and remain Rise to meet Christ & those who were
dead.
 The Church Returns to Heaven with Christ
Last Trump is:
 End of the Church Age as the church moves to
meet Christ prior to the Tribulation.
 NOT the 7th Trumpet Judgment as the Mid Trib
claim (Rev 11:15).

 Let us Look at Rev 11:15-17


Three Problems to Make this as the last
trump (Rev 11:15-17) :
1. Who is blowing the trump? –An Angel
-There the centre person is CHRIST

2. Who are present there? -24 Elders


-Part of the Church, the saved ones.

3. Is that the last trump there? –No. For after the tribulation
Matt 24:29-31. This is the last trump, angels to gather the
elect, the 1,44,000. It is when Christ is coming WITH His
saints, sends angels with the sound of a trumpet to gather the
elect. It is not the trump of 1Thes 4 or 1Cor 15. Christ
already has His saints, the Church with Him.
Rev 4:1
 Note: the voice was as it were a Trumpet saying,
Come Up Hither-the Rapture.
 Again before the opening of the first seal.
 The Last Trump of 1Cor 15.
 Therefore 1Cor15, 1Thes4 and Rev4:1 all referring
to a Trumpet. All occurring before the first seal is
opened.
 Hence the 7th Trump and final trump of tribulation
(Mt 24:29-31) do not parallel to the Rapture
passages at all.
The Expectation:
 Continue thou in the Devotion.
 Continue thou in the Doctrine.
 Continue thou in the Duties.

 Fix your eyes on things above.


 Fervently engage in the things of the Lord
 Faithfully do all as unto to the Lord.

“for He that said, I will come; will come and not


tarry”.
