Shaima, I will miss you
Shaima, it has been such a pleasure to have you at An-Nur child care centre and be able to
observe you to grow from a little baby to a confident little girl. You joined with us when you
were only a few months old baby. Excitedly we observed you reached every milestone. When
you were able to sit, we let you sit in the middle of sandpit as you loved to explore the
texture of sand. It was amazing to observe you happily throwing handful of sand around.
Luckily you didn’t put sand in your mouth as some other babies do.
Then when you started to move you crawled one classroom to the other as you wanted to
follow the other children. And you started to explore the whole playground pushing one of
the baby walker.
Shaima, it was wonderful the observe you gaining confidence rapidly. You amazed us with the
your skill to feed yourself. You were able to express you emotion, what you like or dislike.
It didn’t take long to start running after you start walking. You would run the big play ground
from one end to the other to join some friends with some interesting experiences. You
developed great gross motor skills and wonderful social skills. I was surprised the other day
when you climbed the stairs just like a big girl without holding a teachers hand or railing.
I love you Shaima, I will miss you.
May Allah shower his blessings on you on your future learning journey and make you a pious
Mislimah.
