• Understanding of all matters related to OGRA
• Complete study of new proposal and preparation of feasibility, documentation, and
approval of sites
• Understood the development plan and the budgeting plan

Week 3: 1st August 2022 to 5thAugust 2022
• Preparation of the update of all pipeline projects
• Understanding of each step of development and challenges in the market
• Understanding of OMC’s share of retail network and development over the last 3 years

• Familiarization with the coordination process with OGRA, CDA, NHA, etc.
• Bids evaluation, procedures, documentation, and submission including the study of

• COCO concept, briefing on COCO sites
