The role requires understanding of recruitment cycle for North America market for Full time and Contractual roles.
Search resumes in various available job portals or social media tools like LinkedIn to find the right talent
Match the profile of the candidate on technical and nontechnical grounds
Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirements
Submit the profile of the candidate to team lead for approval
Arrange for the client interviews and possible offer of employment
Act as first Point-of-Contact for consultants and maintain relationship with consultant
Ensure process adherence at all levels of recruiting and follow recruitment life cycle steps.
