Tanqueray London Dry Gin
ABV: 47.3%
Origin: Tanqueray, England, UK.
Method of Production: Pure grain spirit at 96% alcohol
warectified in pot stills with botanicals flavorings. Spirit and
botanicals boiled, aromas and flavors infusing in spirit
vapors and condensing to form gin. Aged botanicals,
maturing juniper berries for 2 years before use. The key
botanicals are juniper, coriander and angelica root.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear.
Nose: More delicate floral, Juniper mostly with some citrus
Body: Rich dry gin.
Taste: Soothing notes of chamomile enlivened with hints of
grapefruit, orange and lime.
Finish: Exceptionally smooth finish.
USP’s:
Gin very prominent on botanicals and quite heavy juniper.

Method of Production: Made by macerating botanicals in a neutral,
flavorless spirit and distilling it in a charter head pot still. botanicals
used are juniper berries, coriander, angelica, citrus peels, ginger,
cardamom, cassia, cinnamon, orrisroot, liquorice, carraway, calamus,
cubeb and grains of paradise small batch distillation product is
crafted with hand-picked whole fruit botanicals and distilled 4 times.

Bombay Sapphire
ABV: 40%
Origin: Cheshire, England.
Method of Production: 3 x distilled in modified carter head stills,
drawing flavor from the botanicals with spirit vapor rather than by
boiling, giving fine flavor. Blend of 10 botanicals (Italian juniper,
Moroccan coriander, Saxonian angelica, Spanish orange peel,
Italian orris, Chinese liquorice root, Spanish almonds, cassia bark,
Javanese cubeb berries.
Tasting Notes

Nose: Strong touch of lemon.
Body: Medium- weight bodied.
Taste: Pungent, spicy juniper notes.
Finish: Pleasant lasting flavor and rounded oily texture.

Hendrick’s
ABV: 41.4%
Origin: Scotland.
Method of Production: After distillation through a Carter-Head
still, their botanicals are added, then add 2 further infusions to
create Hendricks: first is a lovely hint of Bulgarian Rose, which
is extracted by gently pressing essential oils from the petals.
Next comes the coup de grace - Cucumber, the essence of
which is obtained by mashing the fresh fruit, then mixing the
pulp with cold water.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Offers hints of the floral and cucumber.
Body: Silky smooth texture.
Taste: Fresh, floral, slightly aromatic notes.
Finish: Full, dry, very extended.
USP’s: Hendrick's Gin is distilled in small batches in an original
19th century gin still and boasts an 'unexpected' infusion of
cucumber and rose petals. Please suggest guests to have it
with a slice of cucumber.
Beefeater
ABV: 40-47%
Origin: Distiller in Chelsea, James Burrough.
Method of Production: 2 x in column still and 1 x in pot
still.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Citrus juniper.
Body: Light bodied.
Taste: Citrus and fruit edge.
Finish: Refreshingly crisp quality.
USP’s: Made from only the choicest maize, selected
strains of barley to produce a pure grain spirit Juniper,
Angelica Root, Angelica Seeds, Coriander Seeds,
Liquorice, Almonds, Orris Root, Seville Oranges, and
Lemon Peel. These botanicals are steeped for 24 hours
prior to distillation. Distillation takes 8 hours to complete.
London No.1
ABV: 47%
Origin: London
Method of Production: Distilled in small batches
Tasting Notes
Colour : Blue
Nose: Fragrant on the nose with aromas of cinnamon and
orange coming through slowly
Body: Medium
Taste: Hints of spice on the palate, with cuts of acidity
striking and juicy orange and lemons flowing through
Finish: Long, warming and carries on its aromatic
adventure.
USP’s: 12 different botanicals are within The London No. 1,
including juniper from Croatia, almonds from Greece,
cinnamon from Ceylon, bergamot from Italy, savory from
France, coriander from Morocco, angelica root from France,
lemon and orange peel from Italy, cassia from China,
liquorice from Turkey and lily root from Italy. The combination
of these give The London No. 1 its turquoise blue colour.
Gin Mare
ABV: 42,7%
Origin: Villanova, Barcelona; SPAIN
Method of Production: Pot Stills, Macerating Citrus
(Sweet Oranges Seville, Bitter Valencia, Lemons From
Leida) a year with 50% ABV neutral spirit, Botanicals
separately for 36h in a 250 Lt Florentine Stills (Pot)
