• Triple Step:
⚬ A three-step sequence taken on two beats of music.
⚬ Usually consists of two quick steps and one slow, called "quick-
quick-slow."
• Rock Step:
⚬ A sequence of two steps, usually slow-slow.
⚬ Forms the basic step of triple timing swing or the East Coast
Swing.
• Ball-Change:
⚬ A sequence of two steps where weight on the ball of the foot is
changed to the other foot.
