FORM
CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
I. SERVICE INCLUSIONS / TERMS &
CONDITIONS
1.Comprehensive day coordination services
which includes pre-event services starting
three (3) months before the event date,
event site and wrap-up tasks.
2.Pre-planning to commence immediately
upon date of booking wherein client is
entitled to unlimited consultation and
correspondences through meetings, phone
calls, and email, as deemed necessary by
client and Sunrise Events Management.
3. Minimum of five (4) coordinators shall be
