Implementation Procedures
A. Conceptualization Activities
CONCEPTUALIZATION
UKE’n Read program was anchored on Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences which
implicates that learners learn in varied ways. The program takes into consideration the
individual differences of learners wherein some Josenian learners learn effectively through
music.
CONSULTATION
1.Parent-Teacher Conference regarding the implementation of the program.
2.Consultative meeting to the school head through presentation of project proposal.
3.Giving of technical assistance by the PSDS on the process flow of the program.
VALIDATION
The validity of the program will be done through gathered data quantitatively and qualitatively
using survey forms and interviews of parents and learners. In addition, a project proposal was
made signed by school head and PSDS.

Progress Monitoring
The school’s assigned committee/team has a team leader (SH) and
members (teachers) that will closely monitor the progress of the program.
1. Teachers on the other hand will make use of the survey form and
weekly feed backing form to be filled out by the learners’ parents who
are expected to monitor their children’s reading progress.
2. The innovators will then use a rubric for determining the individual and group
performance of the learners. On the other hand, mean will then be utilized to
determine the effect of the innovation on the learners’ reading performance using
CRLA and PHIL-IRI results.
